I first saw it in a dream, on a clock, as a time at which the U.S. capitol was destroyed by something like a bazooka missile. That made me start to wonder how many people might have been seeing 911 correlated with the twin towers destruction before it happened. Warnings? Signs?

I've been seeing it other places, usually unrelated to destruction. Note that in CB code 10-20 means "Where are you", so to the extent that is a popular question you might find people choosing to plug it into slots where they have numbers available.

It could just be a digital version of "ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONG TO US." Kinda like setting a clock to 4:20 in a movie.

because one can be very easily tricked by one's mind as far as this goes - at least, that has been my experience so far.

and all this story about stuff happening in years to come - kinda like making people anticipate for something, and living for the future, instead of being in the now.
