. . . And he is giving a large cycle of tantric transmissions and retreats this January through June, in San Francisco East Bay and at his home center in Watsonville ( down the coast from San Francisco ).
Tantra means magic and yoga, in this case in the definite context of Buddhist ethics and practice. ( I provide context and substantial information on these below. )

These tantric practices are mainly focused on the lineage of Guru Padmasambhava i.e. the Nyingma school, and lead towards or incorporate the central Awareness Yoga known as Dzogchen, the Great Perfection. To do any of these practices, personal initiation is required. That is why the teacher is of central importance.

Lama Tharchin Rinpoche is a teacher of Buddhist tantra, extremely gentle and open, yet also profound and powerful. I first began taking teachings and transmissions from him in the early 1980s. This is one of my most favorite people on the entire planet. Just to see him brings real gladness to one's heart, just to remember him is greatly comforting. Please note that I do not represent him in any official sense.

I use texts and practices from his fellowship, the Vajrayana Foundation, which principally focuses on the lineage transmissions of HH Dudjom Rinpoche. HH Dujom Rinpoche was a profound Nyingma lineage holder whose efforts were of central importance in saving major parts of the Buddhist tantra during the destruction of Buddhist Tibet by the Chinese. HH Dudjom Rinpoche trained and authorized Lama Tharchin as a vajra master. Lama Tharchin can train westerners to become full fledged tantric Buddhist gurus - on a basic but functional level - in the Nyingma lineage of Guru Padmasambhava.

'Dzokchen, the Great Perfection, is the quintessence of the tantric paths to Buddhahood. This book contains the translation of four Dzokchen texts belonging to the Nyingma School of Tibetan Buddhism. These sacred revealed texts, never before freely available, provide inspiration and instruction for the Dzokchen aspirant. The Flight of the Garuda, which gives the collection its title, written by Shabkar Lama in the nineteenth century, comprises a series of twenty-three songs designed to inspire and instruct the yogin practising Dzokchen trekcho meditation. Secret Instruction in a Garland of Vision is one of three texts said to have been written by Padma Sambhava, Tibet's great Guru, himself, who visited Tibet in the eighth century. It belongs to the lam rim genre, a stage--by--stage description of the path to Buddhahood. about the ability to see spirits

I've been able to see them since I was a kid. I think the first time I can recall was when I was 4. I only see those who choose to appear, as well as feel their emotions. I've been sucked into the astral plane without knowing it since young as well-- attacked by entities.

Yet, lately, I've stopped seeing spirits-- which is strange. My dad seems to have stopped seeing them as well. My home seems to be some strange portal-- alot of different spirits "check in" and "check out"-- and during the Chinese Hungry Ghost Festival, all the incense paper burnt (as money offerings for the dead) seems to fly and pile up in my garage only. Which is strange-- the other houses are spared. My OBEs started in this home, when I moved in, at 6 years old. The first time I set foot here, I had a strange feeling, but I dismissed it in my excitement of moving homes. My first night, I was "welcomed" by the resident spirit, whom we later found out, was the previous occupant who died here.

This year, my friend introduced me to meditation. Later on, he told me that this mantra caused all the spirits in his army camp to disappear. Which seems to have happened in my home as well. But, I also see spirits outside of my home, in hospitals, others' homes, public, etc.
It's the Hungry Ghost Month again, currently, and during these times, there are a barrage of earthbound spirits around. This year, however, I've not seen a single one. I feel strange, as if something is missing in my life, although my instincts and other empathic abilities seem to have returned.

Today, however, as I dozed off, I know I felt the energy of a spirit in the room. And I could feel the cold clammy hands on my feet. I've felt spirit energies before-- but never so distinctly. And I've never felt a spirit touch me before. Anyone got any views on this? Have I shifted from seeing to feeling them?

Right now there are two competing signature drives to put Cannabis legalization initiatives on the ballot in California in November 2010.

Please look carefully at the text of both laws (the text of each is finalized) and make up your own mind which one you support.

I am supporting www.CaliforniaCannabisInitiative.org because our law will protect Cannabis users from discrimination in

healthcare, employment, and housing. It is a full legalization measure for industrial hemp and recreational cannabis which will restore full human rights to Hemp farmers and Cannabis users all across California. Of course supplying Cannabis to children will remain illegal just as it is today. Driving vehicles under the influence will remain illegal just as it is today. Cannabis users will still be fired from their jobs if they show up to work impaired.

There are two parts to our plan. The first part is to publicly post and personally distribute our "Freedom Lover's Call to Arms" in order to recruit volunteers. This document is available here-

The second part of our plan is to ask everyone who volunteers to make a pledge for how many signatures they can collect in

the next 30 days or so. 15-30 signatures is a good number. If enough volunteers show this level of commitment we can succeed. We are polling 56% public support for Cannabis legalization in California which menas that this is an initiative which is not doomed. Its time has finally arrived; we are at the tipping point right now. Now is the time to do this and to do it right. We may only get one chance. If a law which is not exactly what we want is implemented then we may lose our critical mass and our ability to set it right.

I believe that less adults will smoke cannabis after it is legal. This is the case in the Netherlands where it has been

available over-the-counter for 30 years yet only half as many citizens (percentage-wise) smoke as do citizens here. My economics professor has taught for years that prohibition has not succeeded in decreasing usage by increasing penalties. Instead it has destroyed lives and families without substantial benefit to society. After legalization hard-drug usage will decrease due to a "separation of the markets," a decline in the price of Cannabis relative to hard-drugs, and the restoration of honesty and common sense in drug education. Violence, thievery, and the incarceration of honest people will decrease as well. I also believe that a well regulated market will decrease the availability and appeal of cannabis to children. In fact teenage Cannabis use in California has fallen steadily since the passage of Proposition 215. Furthermore the adults who smoke Cannabis after legalization will be better able appreciate the majesty of nature in peace and unity without learning to fear and disrespect authority figures. This will be better for their spirits and better for society. Finally the human rights of legitimate medical Cannabis patients will be better protected than they are today. Legalizing Cannabis will create a safer, healthier, and more humane California for us all to live in.

The opening of the Triple Nine CRYSTALLINE Gateway on 09/09/09

Trust is the key

What keeps us from moving into a deep and profound peace is our lack of
TRUST. Trust is the key to liberation.

For those on a spiritual or religious path, the idea that a
higher power is in charge of your existence is not a new concept.
So why then are you questioning your journey? Why are you second
guessing your life? Having faith or belief is simply not
enough. Trust is absolute. One's faith can be tested. Your
beliefs can be challenged. Trust comes from the heart and is
rooted in a deeper level of consciousness. It comes from a
profound place of knowing that you are divine and that your life
is happening in divine order. In any moment of frustration,
agony, sadness or fear you can bring trust into your experience
and expand your consciousness. For example when you are
frustrated that life isn't going the way you think it should,
instead of continuing on this destructive path of frustration,
simply breathe and acknowledge that every experience is unfolding
in divine order. In consciously doing this practice, the stress,
the worry and the fear will dissipate. Complete trust allows you
to simply enjoy the ride of your life knowing that with the
Divine in charge you couldn't ask for a better driver.

Jesus, Buddha and Krishna lived a life of complete and total
trust. Trust has the ability to propel you into complete
realization and opens you up to a life filled with peace and
authentic surrender. Trust removes the worry and fear from life
and brings absolute clarity. Practice the principle of trust.
As you do you will witness your life transform before your eyes.
Allow the Divine to lead as you relinquish control. Follow
lovingly the path that unfolds before you. This is the path to
your freedom and the map to your road home. Trust your Self.
You know more than you think you do. In the presence of the
light, nothing but the light can exist.

His Eminence Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche is a younger yet also major teacher in the Indo-Tibetan tradition of vajrayana and tantra, specifically as a retreat master in the Karma Kagyu lineage. He is the son of the great Nyingma master Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche, and his main residence is Sherab Ling, the seat of His Holiness Khentin Tai Situpa, a principal Kagyu guru.

Although quite young, HE Yongey Mingyur is an accomplished master of both the Great Seal ( Mahamudra ) and Great Perfection ( Dzogchen ) traditions of pure awareness yoga. I have received from His Eminence both the Tsik Sum Ne Dek ( Great Perfection Breakthrough ) and Karma Pakshi Great Seal guru yoga empowerments some years back, and both transmissions were quite powerful.

His Eminence is also establishing fellowships in North America ( e.g. San Jose CA and Phoenix AZ ) and participating in western scientific studies on mind science. He is the author of two well received books on meditation, including the recently released "Joyful Wisdom - Embracing Change and Finding Freedom".

This young teacher is clearly one of the most important of the new generation of tantric Buddhist gurus teaching in the West, in terms of the quality and quantity of his teaching work, and the deep and broad impact he is beginning to have. Avalokitesvara is a primary and pre-eminent deity and practice for Buddhists worldwide. Avalokitesvara is the renowned deity of "Liberating Compassion", known in many parts of the Far East as Kuan Yin ( China ), Kwannon ( Japan ), Kwan Seeum ( Korea ), Kwan Theum Botat ( Viet Nam ), etc. This is a major practice for both general Mahayana ( Great Way ) Buddhists and also for esoteric / yogic ( tantric ) Buddhists, and thus unites and helps all schools of Buddhist practice in many different cultural contexts, both Asian and Western.

This is a most well known and quite universally practised pagan / polytheistic deity yoga of Sanskrit origin, Hindu or Buddhist. For example, it has become incorporated into some Hindu practice lineages, such as that of Swami Nikhilesvarananda. It is very similar to or overlaps the practice of Blue Throated Siva, as shown in one of the mantras for Blue Throated Avalokitesvara.

The influence of Avalokitesvara is vast throughout the world, and in different Buddhist lineages. Several of my teachers are considered to be emanations of Avalokitesvara including ( the late ) HE Deshung Tulku Rinpoche ( Sakya ), HH the Seventeenth Karmapa Urgyen Trinley Dorje and the Karmapa lineage, HH the Dalai Lama and the Dalai Lama lineage, and so forth.

His Eminence Dzongsar Rinpoche ( Sakya and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan Buddhism ), who teaches worldwide, has stated that Avalokitesvara is the most broadly and most commonly practised of all Buddhist mantras worldwide. This is consistent with my experience in Japanese, Chinese, Tibetan, and Vietnamese traditions. Apparently there is a book on Avalokita practice in the Sri Lankan traditions, which are mostly Theravadin Buddhist.

The esoteric yoga traditions of Buddhist tantra are based on ritual empowerment and the practice of self-empowerment, and these include placing points of light at the Brow Cakra ( White Light ), Throat Cakra ( Red Light ), and Heart Cakra ( Blue Light ). Some forms of Avalokitesvara practice include a full kundalini yoga / psychic heat method, known in the Buddhist tradition as Completion Stage Yoga. N.B. One important example is the transmission of Red Avalokita / Vajrayogini. However, I do not know what form of Avalokita is being given by HE Mingyur Rinpoche.

Avalokitesvara is without doubt the most well known Buddhist ( or other ) esoteric spiritual practice in the West ( either as "OM MANI PADME HUM" or as the "Heart Sutra" or as other variants, see below ).
Many tens of millions of Buddhists recite daily either a Sanksrit formula for Avalokitesvara or a meditation text associated with this deity, as in (1) and (2) following.

The Sanskrit recitation of Kuan Yin / Avalokitesvara is one of the main esoteric healing practices in Chinese Buddhism. Of course, I can make no claims for any specific application. I do know that it is traditionally used by the Chinese for easing the pains of childbirth.

Courage, Synchronicity, and the Technology of Magic

I have often been staggered by the forces of the ordinary that cajole the human experience into cowardice. Relentless mass-mediated daydreams croon lullabies to nightmare; meathook economic rackets hijack freedom with student loans, predatory credit, and eternal mortgages; narratives of responsibility harass the mind with financial planning, time-management, highly-effective habits; and illusions of security, insurance, and retirement prod us into proper place. Lurching through life in the midst of such clamor, is it any wonder that so many trade the tremendous for the trivial, that the ecstatic fantastic wow of existence dims into murk and shadow, flickering into fluorescence like some stepped-on plastic geranium?

But this is not to be some hand-wringing howl of quiet desperation. The walls are high, yes, the challenges are great, but today I’d like to invite an exploration of what it is that happens when this drear occasionally clears, when we see something, something that matters, something possessed not merely of meaning, but of magic? In a previous essay entitled Chaos, Collapse, and Synchronicity, I explored how synchronicity is likely to emerge during and after ego-shattering experiences. Because the ego demarcates the presumably phantasmic boundary between your consciousness and the rest of the universe, the experience of synchronicity can be understood to be the face of the perception of undivided unity. Here, I would like to venture beyond mild-mannered explanation and into wild-eyed exploration. In other words, if synchronicity is the perception of undivided unity, what is the technology of this magic?

In one of his most potent remarks, Arthur C. Clarke asserted that “any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.” Taking him at his word, then, the prickling astonishment that follows the experience of synchronicity—the sensation that something magical has just occurred—this is but an artifact of our limited technology of mind. Synchronicity is only astounding, in other words, when we persist in the delusion that we are distinct from the all and everything. Expanding consciousness beyond the limited point of view of oneself and into the unlimited point of view of undivided unity, this—as if it were so simple—this is the technology of magic.

And in case disclaimers need to be stated, I certainly have not mastered this magic. Very contrary, my daily failings would be the envy of any hypocrite. But I like to live out loud, and this full blast introspection is simply that. So now I want to tell you a story:

I was at a festival a year ago, and as festivals have long functioned as temporary autonomous zones where everyday boundaries are suspended, it should surprise no one to discover that synchronicity was pandemic at this festival. The festival in this case was Flipside, and I made it my business to blast around offering one-card tarot reflections to people that I met, just for fun and synchronicity. Late in the evening of the last night, I met a woman, and we talked for a few hours, and as we parted I offered her a one-card reading. She drew the Courage card, displaying a picture of a flower growing through a crack in a rock. As she was recently coming though a break-up of her own, this had a particularly poignant meaning for her, so much so, in fact, that I had an unprecedented impulse to tell her to keep the card, which she did—though upon reflection I must admit that I was single at the time and so was probably also just being a cheesedick trying to charm another meeting with a beautiful woman. But in any event, I never saw her again, and since I open my tarot deck nearly every day, I inadvertently compelled myself to contemplate the absence of courage not only from my deck, but also from my very own life.

But first, immediately after we bid each other good night, I walked toward the main road and happened across a friend of mine who was in his car leaving. The backstory is that he’d spent the night before with a woman and she’d sparked his heart and he’d hoped they’d hang out again but it was a festival after all and it just didn’t flow that way. It’s a common enough story, isn’t it? Despite the shallow exhortations of our beer-fisted and bikini-clad media, sexual intimacy is often a tremulous endeavor with potential both for enormous healing and enormous pain. In any event, I saw him leaving and I wished him safe travels and asked him how his night went. He responded with a shake of his head, dismay and defeat palloring his expression, issues of childhood abandonment clearly having been triggered. Myself, I was in a roaring good mood, so I slapped the hood of his car and told him to go park it and walk with me, which he did, parking about fifty yards up the road. As it turned out, however, by the time he had walked back toward me the woman whose encounter had sparked his healing crisis was wandering toward me as well from the other direction. I didn’t have to do anything but step out of the way as they met where I was standing, for life is not just about me, and here I was mere servant to their synchronicity.

Then, at a book signing a couple of weeks later during which I read from my second novel, Nine Kinds of Naked—which revolves around the theme of synchronicity—a young college student who happened to be in the store and hear my talk approached me afterwards and told me she had never heard of synchronicity and wanted to learn more about it. I was meeting friends for dinner, but I promised her I’d permit her to interrogate me over tea sometime, and we met for tea a few days later. It was a full and stimulating conversation, her wanting me to specify the precise metaphysical mechanism by which synchronicity occurs, and me explaining about non-duality and the illusion of separateness and how we’re all dreams in the mind of God and yes maybe so but maybe also mealy mysticism and ultimately what really matters is that there’s a correspondence between the inner world and the outer world and if it has meaning for an individual and clarifies their confusion and lights their path then it doesn’t really matter if we’re all temporarily stable matrices of energetic probabilities, knots in a doily, or concentrations of consciousness in an infinite field of experience. What matters is that the co-incidence had meaning for the individual, carrying a potential psychological breakthrough. Tarot, I say, is essentially intentional synchronicity, seeking a window into one’s psyche to focus a particular issue. I then proceeded to tell her about the woman I met at Flipside who pulled the Courage card and who I let have the card and how the co-incidence of the card served her—and me—so profoundly.

“Here,” I say, cavalier as I pull out my tarot deck. “Lemme show you how synchronicity works.”

“Hey,” she interrupts. “I have that deck.”

“You do?” I reply, surprised that someone who’s never heard of synchronicity would have a tarot deck.

“Well not really,” she concedes. “I received it as a Christmas present from my mom a couple of years ago. I actually cut the whole deck up and made a collage out of it.” She pauses. “Well not the whole deck,” she admits. “I kept my favorite card.”

“Which card?”

“The Growth card.”

“The Growth card,” I repeat, pausing as I scan my recollection of the deck. “I don’t think I know the Growth card. What’s on it?”

“Umm, it’s a picture of a flower growing through a crack in a rock.”

I cock my head incredulous. “That’s not the Growth card,” I say. “That’s the Courage card I was just telling you about, the card I gave away.”

She’s skeptical, and says she’s pretty sure it was the Growth card, and so I pull out the little book that accompanies the deck, demonstrating that it was indeed the Courage card that she kept, and also demonstrating that there is no such card as the Growth card. She’s amazed, as am I, and ultimately she was so impressed by the synchronicity that she went home, located her Courage card, and gifted it to me a few days later. It’s all shiny and new and really stands out in my beat-up old deck, and every time the card emerges I am reminded of this sequence of events and the contemplations that followed. Did you know, for example, that courage comes from the Latin root, cor, meaning heart? Courage is locating oneself in the heart rather than the head, and the expansiveness of the heart—in contrast to the constriction of the ego—this is love, and this is the space we truly share in common. Hammered out of boundaries and convinced it is alone, the ego can only blink stupidly at the grace, the immensity, and the magic of the heart’s experience.

Love, by the way, is not all hugs and backrubs. Primarily, I think, love is a prank. To borrow a theme I’m developing in my third novel: Love is a prank played on the ego by the spirit to teach the ego the one thing that it does not want to learn. In my own life, I’ve been scalded by love, and I’ve even been so tough boots as to believe that I needed to protect my heart. But as a result of my accidental contemplation of courage, I realized—or I remembered—that the heart is made of love, and love is indestructible, and only the cowardice of ego would presume that it requires protection. Actually, love is the only force capable of overcoming the ego, and so the ego would naturally like to avoid this prank, never having to learn to give up control. Courage is simply allowing this vulnerability, embracing the uncertainty, accepting that we may be hurt, yes, that it won’t always be easy, and that not only can we take it, but that we actually have no idea how much we can take. In this “Age of Uncertainty,” courage necessarily means being true to one’s heart, stepping towards a future uncertain rather than securing oneself to a predictable past. Courage is without caution, it is passion, it is a flee from security and into synchronicity. A flower growing through a crack in a rock, courage abandons the familiar and secure shell which protects us—and limits us—and dares us to emerge, to grow, and to trust that life will nurture us despite its challenges.

This expansion of consciousness is necessarily the reduction of ego, and is there anything more expansive than the feeling of love? It is not uncommon for lovers to recount the synchronicities of their meeting, to recognize a strangely inevitable magic in their rendezvous, and such magic is only the beginning, a dim glimmer of a spectacular sunrise, patient as we find our courage, tender as we surrender, daring us to give, to forgive, to reside more fully in our heart, to remember that we are never alone, and ultimately to realize that we are nothing if we are not servants to one another. It is love that erodes our ramparts, that relieves us of our armor, that tames the teeth protecting our trauma, and it is love that will heal us all the moment we have the courage to face the magic.

This is what I believe more than anything, and this is what gives me hope.

Surya Namaskara, or the "Sun salutation"

A well-known Hindu mode of worship of the devotional movements of Surya is done at the rising of the Sun, known as Surya namaskara (Sun Salutation). Ten yogic postures are assumed in successive flowing movements to complete one namaskar. Twelve sacred Hindu mantras uttered and for each mantra one complete namaskar is done. Ancient practice is to do 108 namaskaras a day. It is considered most auspicious by Hindus to do this.

The 12 mantras for surya namaskara:

5. aum khagaya namah

The Mantra to the Supreme Light

Above is the Mantra to the Supreme Light, Param Jyoti Mantra, which is a famous Vedic, Vedantic and Tantric Mantra. We could also spell it phonetically as OM HREEM HAMSA SO HAM SWAHA! This mantra brings us into the Divine or inner light and causes it to resonate in our body, breath, speech and mind.

The Mantra for the Supreme Light is the main mantra for the American Institute of Vedic Studies. We recommend all our friends and students to chant it regularly. We initiate individuals into this mantra and its many variants. It is the core form of an entire set of mantras of which there are several dozen versions that can be used for many different purposes. We also use this mantra along with other important mantras like the famous Tantric Panchadashi Mantra to Tripura Sundari.

This Mantra to the Supreme Light is first a Vedantic mantra. Om is the Supreme Brahman. Hrim is the mantra of the spiritual heart. Hamsah is the mantra of the liberated soul. So'ham means "I am He", meaning the Supreme Being. Swaha indicates consecration into the light. The mantra can be used along with meditation to realize the Self within.

The Mantra to the Supreme Light is a Tantric mantra. Om is the Supreme Shiva. Hrim is the the Supreme Shakti. Hamsa So'ham is the unification of Shiva and Shakti in our breath and consciousness. Swaha indicates consecration into the light. This mantra can be used along with the worship of the Goddess to bring her presence into our hearts.

The Mantra to the Supreme Light is a Yoga mantra. Om is the supreme guru. Hrim is the light of the awakened Kundalini. Hamsa So'ham is the balancing of the Sun and Moon, or solar and lunar forces, the Ida and Pingala Nadis. Swaha indicates consecration into the light. The mantra can be used along with pranayama to empower the breath and open the chakras.

The Mantra to the Supreme Light is an Ayurvedic mantra. Om is the cosmic prana. Hrim is the health giving power of the spirit heart. Hamsa So'ham is the power of the breath to give vitality and promote rejuvenation. Swaha indicates consecration into the light. The mantra can be used to bring the cosmic prana into us for healing purposes.

The Mantra to the Supreme Light is an astrological mantra. Om is the mantra of the cosmic light. Hrim is a mantra for the Sun. Hamsa So'ham is the energy of the Sun as the power of life and consciousness. Swaha indicates consecration into the light. The mantra can be used to propitiate weak planets in the Vedic birth chart, starting with the Sun.

The Mantra to the Supreme Light is an important mantra for usage at the winter solstice, the equinoxes and summer solstices for the worship of the Sun. With the mantra Shrim (Shreem) instead of Hrim, it can be used at the new, half and full Moons, for the worship of the Moon and the Goddess.

Chaos, Collapse, and Synchronicity

From imploding economies to hurricanes and tsunamis, from astounding corruption to war and terrorism, from catastrophic climate change to thermonuclear weapons in the Middle East, the clichés of doom that lately populate the course of human events is more than enough to tilt a sane citizen into apocalyptic anxiety. I am certain that I paint too broad a stroke on it, but I’m nonetheless going to venture to say that worrying about civilizational collapse is like worrying about whether or not one’s relationship will end in a painful breakup. I don’t mind admitting that I’ve spent some time worrying about both of these things—indeed, one of them even came to pass—and I can testify that no amount of worry could have prepared me for the agony—and the ecstasy—that eventually came of it.

As it happened, I was in the midst of writing my second novel, Nine Kinds of Naked, a novel which presumed to explore the theme of synchronicity. I really don’t remember how or why, but I had dared myself to write Nine Kinds of Naked without a plan and only according to the synchronicity of my daily experience. This turned out to be a terrifying endeavor, and one that I was entirely unprepared to meet. I remember complaining aloud one day, voicing my frustration that this wasn’t working, that I was *trying* to write about synchronicity rather than allowing the story to simply proceed by its own design. I had read every book on the topic, taking careful notes the way my graduate training had habituated me to do, and there I was writing the book as an exhausted intellectual rather than as an inspired artist. I found myself writing about a phenomenon that I only dimly recalled from years earlier in my life, not something that I was experiencing in the present moment. I felt like I was failing my project.

Then my relationship of eleven years abruptly ended.

I only mention this very personal detail of my life at all because of what happened to me afterwards: I was propelled into a six-month period of unparalleled and nearly nonstop synchronicity that continued to reverberate for another full year and upon which I’m still surfing the shockwave. I’m not speaking here about the typical tripe: seeing your former lover’s initials on a license plate or hearing another lovesick pop song every time you click on the radio. Cripes and jeezus gawd, there was plenty of that, but if those wan synchronicities are supposed to be the thumbprints of Providence in the margins of my life, then Providence has grown much too tame. I’m speaking here of the truly uncanny, the highly improbable, the perpetual co-incidence of my life intersecting perfectly with the lives of everyone around me. Shortly after my split, suffering with grief one summer day on my porch, a rare car passed my house, windows open, broadcasting the gaudy voice of a radio commercial advertising I know not what: “It’s a big change,” the radio yapped in passing. “Heal naturally.” And that’s the most insignificant example I can remember.

In my research on synchronicity, I had learned that it is most likely to emerge during and after ego-shattering experiences. These include near-death experiences, the death of loved ones, the end (or the beginning) of love relationships, shamanic / visionary experiences, travel, and so forth. Psychology typically deems this a form of dissociation in response to psychological trauma, and this is probably correct. After all, when I measure it against my own experience—in which the entire world and my very presence within it seemed indistinguishable from a dream—that defines dissociation, certainly. And yet, this explanation by itself left me feeling deeply dissatisfied, implying as it did a dismissal of my experience. And the experience of synchronicity is profoundly personal. It relies upon your subjectivity and the meanings you bring to your life. Because of this, it is irrelevant to debate whether or not it’s real in the sense of what we might vainly refer to as objective reality. There’s an unavoidable arrogance in presuming to evaluate not merely the truth of someone else’s experience, but actually the truth of *the meaning* of someone else’s experience. In the latter case, it has absolutely nothing to do with anyone but the person involved.

In any event, my understanding eventually relented to a view in which synchronicity is the face of a deeper level of interconnectivity. This dovetails with Eastern notions of non-duality, the mystical perception that unity is the underlying reality, that individual consciousness is actually the necessary illusion of distinction, the dark side of the Tao, so to speak, that which hears the tree falling in the woods. In this view, then, whenever the structures of one’s mind are shaken, the mind opens into a wider perception of reality that is hallmarked by synchronicity, understood here as a dissolution of the boundary between the interior and the exterior worlds. Fundamentally, the ego is the illusion that you exist separate from everything else, it is that which walls you off from the flow of undivided unity. Whenever these walls collapse, the flow of undivided unity rushes into your life, and synchronicity is the face of this perception.

So, dear and patient readers, my quodlibet is this: Although my breakup catalyzed what an external observer may at first grunt judge to be a breakdown, from my point of view the only breakdown was the delusion that I was in control of my life. All the walls—of identity, ambition, and security, of any illusion that I knew who I was, or where I was, or that I had any clue at all what was happening in life—all of this collapsed like an obsolete civilization and permitted eternity to course through me as never before. Insofar as apocalypse derives from the Greek "apokalyptein," meaning “to unveil,” this was some version of my personal apocalypse, and since apocalypse is the etymological antonym of hell, which derives from the Latin "helan," meaning “to veil,” the only thing to mourn was the liberation from my own illusions. In a similar fashion, this is what we’re facing when we worry about the collapse of our social structures. Despite our roads and skylines, despite our bridges and our borders, despite our military-industrial complexes and hyper-corrupt transnational corporations, society does not actually exist anywhere but the human mind. As a mental construct, society provides us with a shared illusion of meaning, purpose, and order, and it stabilizes our existence thereby, but paraphrasing Terence McKenna, society is not our friend. At best it is what Aldous Huxley referred to as a reducing valve to our perception, and at worst it is what Robert Anton Wilson called “the devil’s masquerade,” a Luciferian diversion from the truth of existence.

And the truth, or something resembling it, is that if you walk outside right now, hold your hand up to the sky, and pinch a millimeter of heaven between your thumb and forefinger, the truth is that if you were to focus the Hubble space telescope on that random sector of sky between your thumb and forefinger, that one dot on the overwhelming vault of heaven, you would discover *billions* of *galaxies*. This is the cathedral of eternity in which we find ourselves, and this magnificent insignificance is what we do not see when we imagine that we are—or that we could ever be—in control of this juggernaut that is barreling down the shuddering tracks of history.

As McKenna also intones on one of my favorite Shpongle tracks: "Nothing is wrong, everything is on track." And indeed it was, for as it turned out, my matrimonial cataclysm was just the apocalyptic knock I needed to inspire the novel some part of me had dared myself to fathom. I gave up, I surrendered, and it was only then that Nine Kinds of Naked could proceed according its own synchronicity. There was a tremendous relief in this giving up of control, in surrendering to some chaotic process infinitely larger than myself, in realizing not only that I am not in control of my life, but also that I don’t *have* to be.

So here we yawn at millennium’s dawn: Bugles are blasting and the walls of civilization are crumbling, chaos is seeping through the cracks and crawling out of the shadows, survivalist monkeys are buying guns and the ice caps are melting besides as chaos gazes unfazed at the clamor of humanity sounding for all the universe like the echo of a distant wind chime. That which we thought was stable, safe, and secure is not, that which we sacrificed so much for is failing, that which told us who we are is collapsing like a psychedelic kaleidoscope. And as our social structures collapse, humanity—barbaric, beautiful humanity—humanity will rediscover the awesome divinity that inhabits the core of our consciousness as one by one we give up control because society may not be our friend but chaos is our mother and our mother is an order unfathomable, a layer of complexity much deeper than the dim and flimsy arrogance of ego can admit to itself. Welcome our selves to the cathedral of eternity, the dimension in which we step out of that steaming pile of ego which passes for human consciousness and at last surrender into a higher order of experience in which our interconnectivity one to another becomes blindingly obvious, and we see, and we know, and we remember, that there is so much more happening in life than we have ever been led to believe.

Winter in South Dakota started early Autumn 2008 and has been
exceptionally brutal with days and nights already breaking many records

On the Pine Ridge Oglala Sioux Reservation, this has set even the
most solid of reservation organizations scrambling for heating fuel.
Add to the problem a 33% increase in propane costs this year and it has
become a very tenuous situation.

Sadly, like everywhere, it's always the elders and sick who are the most at risk.

Still there are many qualified elders and disabled from the Reservation
on a waiting list for assistance.

Bitter cold temperatures and snow still persist and are expected to
continue well into March 2009.

temperatures creating extreme need, funding is low or depleted
at this point for most of them.

The ultimate goal will be the programs provided which will continue

My name is Christopher Jones and my birth date is November 18th, 1985, I was wondering if you might know when I might start dating, finding my soul mate. I have this one girl who I've been interested in, her name is Erika Hoffmann and she was born on November 12th, 1990, we stay in the same apartment complex and go to the same university, cal state Fullerton. I would love to ask her out but am afraid of weirding her out and have her think that I'm being too forward. My friends are sometimes surprised when I tell them how I've never had a girlfriend before and I'm already 23 years old. I have an easy time making friends, especially with girls, but it's being able to ask a girl out and have her be interested in me enough to want to go out with me and possibly start a relationship with me, that is where I struggle and end up either messing it all up, pushing her away and just making the situation very awkward for both of us. I just never know if the girl is really attracted to me as much as I am attracted to her so it always feel very one-sided and I never know what to expect or even if the girl is already involved so I end feeling kind of weird for asking when I should already know that it wouldn't work. But, I don't want to just keep sitting around when I know that that special someone, my soul mate is out there and I'm just sitting around waiting for her to come to me when I want to go out there and find her or I might end up missing my chance. I really like Erika allot and I've spent time chatting with her on face book and it seemed to me that she enjoyed talking to me like I enjoyed talking with her. But, I just don't know how she feels about me and if she is interested in me at all. I've sent her messages on face book and asked if she would want to hang out but she hasn't responded so I don't know if she has been too busy or is ignoring. So, any insight you might have on this would be very much appreciated, thank you.

Once I figure out she's advocating deep meditation and not death, its pretty funny. Usually therapy wears me out, but I've had giggles all day from the "get off the bus" statement.

Parallel Universe...

As anyone ever had the experience of actually traveling from one "world" or "vortex" into another one? I have, and it was surreal. Once I was traveling with my boyfriend from the west coast, and as we left out of Ca, we turned off the highway to look for gas. When there was no gas station open, we got back on the highway and went through like a "vortex" or *time warp*. It was like going thru another *dimension* or maybe a parallel world?... I don't know what you would call it, but we both felt the shift immediately and looked at each other like, "Did you see that?" The entire scene had changed, (literally). I mean, there was no mistake we had entered another "zone." It freaked us out for a minute... but he kept driving, while we sat in silence, looking straight ahead in disbelief...

Anyone else ever go through another dimension or vortex?

Haven't been posting on Tribe in awhile but I finished writing this and it seemed like a good thing to keep in mind for internet spiritual discussions.

Spiritual Word Games

Humans seek emotional security. We want to feel good about ourselves. Deep down, we rarely achieve those good feelings because the “self” we wish to validate is built on a fantasy we have created rather than our true essence. In the struggle to keep our self-image positive, we even distort our spiritual values and beliefs in service of our egos. We play spiritual word games.

We are identified with our egos. The ego is that collection of thoughts and feelings about ourselves which is based on our past. The ego wants to feel good about itself. The ego rarely enjoys genuine fulfillment because it is not real; it’s made up of ideas and concepts, rather than of true Being. It’s bound to be insecure. The ego compares itself with its perception of other people. It seeks validation in reaching a superior comparison. If you know something that others don’t, you think you’ll feel better. If you prove somebody wrong, you feel special.

Humans are creatures of conditioning. We are taught as children how to approach the world and we model our approach to new activities based on our past actions and successes. Whether it’s in the field of school, business or romance, we’ve learned to climb the ladder of success by molding ourselves relative to the predominant culture (or counter-culture) and rising in stature with effort, cunning, and increasing sophistication. We learn to evaluate the status of others by their dress, demeanor and company. We learn our place.

It shouldn’t be surprising then, that when we find the spiritual path, some of us apply our worldly formulas of success to it. We try hard, study the literature, use the jargon, and adopt the dress and mannerisms of the spiritual culture we are adopting.

It’s worth contemplating the pitfalls of the egoic model of spiritual advancement so we don’t waste our time building a new, seemingly improved, personality that’s merely a more self-righteous version of the unhappy person we’ve become.

With that in mind, I’d like to address playing “Spiritual Word Games.”

I call it “Spiritual Word Games” when a person manipulates spiritual concepts for ego reinforcement or ego justification. Here are some examples that might be called “Spiritual Word Games:”

“Everything is illusion. Nothing really happens so you shouldn’t be upset when I skin you alive.”

“I feel my body is telling me it needs to eat a quart of ice cream.”

“It’s not my problem if my wife is upset that I’m going to the ballgame instead of her family dinner. I’m detached about it.”

“God is in everything, even in this line of cocaine. I see the perfection in everything.”

“You say you feel divine love within you but someday you’ll realize that Love just ‘is’ and there is no ‘within’ and ‘without’.

We don’t need to debate if there is truth at some level in the statements above. They are “Spiritual Word Games” if their intent is to manipulate people, inflate the ego, or justify selfish actions. You have to be honest with yourself about ‘why’ you say something. ‘What’ you say is merely the content concocted for the intent. The temptation to be dishonest with ourselves is itself a warning that we are avoiding truth in favor of an upgraded rendition of our illusions.

“Spiritual Word Games” often rely on selectively surfing the layers of relative truth in search of what we want. Detachment arises from the virtue of accepting reality as it is, of remaining contented in the Self. But detachment makes a poor excuse for not caring about people’s feelings. If our actions are selfish but we detach ourselves from their consequences, we’re trying to work a loophole in the cosmic scheme, trying to claim a karmic exemption. To forgo justifying our actions doesn’t mean condemning yourself. Just be aware. Forgive your own folly as your forgive the folly of others, with understanding and compassion.

If we have our own bliss, we don’t have to grasp at the world for happiness or validation.

“Spiritual Word Games” can also mean using the Absolute level in support of some relative or selfish idea.

It’s true that a stick of chalk is made of vibrating energy; that doesn’t mean we can use it for a camera battery.

If you think you can smoke cigarettes without consequence because “Everything is God” then you might consider a meal of Dog excrement, that’s God too right?

If “the world is just an illusion” and “nothing ever happened,” why bother posturing yourself as spiritually superior to anybody else?

In India there is a story of a man whose Guru told him “Everything is God” The man went to a parade and fearlessly stepped in front of a mad elephant, even though the rider of the elephant was waving for him to run. The elephant squashed him but he managed to survive. His friends asked him why he stood in the Elephant’s way. He said he thought that since everything was God, that he should be safe in front of the Elephant. They reminded him that the driver who warned him to flee the elephant was also God.

Using spiritual knowledge or dogma to justify what we want to believe is a temptation for mainstream religious people as well. A passage from Leviticus is commonly cited to prove biblically that homosexuality is “an abomination.” Those same people would never dream of following the dietary laws of Leviticus, nor endorsing its view of slavery nor the death penalty for minor crimes of morality.

Beware of this phenomenon in Love and Relationships as well. It’s easy to demand unconditional love and non-violent communication when you’ve mistepped, just make sure you give as well as receive those blessings.

Spirituality is a state of “Being” and not a state of “Believing.” The ability to be very present and centered in pure “Being” with an open heart makes a person especially spiritual. Expertise with spiritual word games is a cosmetic that attempts to make us look better but doesn’t add anything real or enduring to our inner beauty.

It’s not only words that we use to make ourselves feel more spiritual. We learn to dress a certain way, speak in certain tones, and act according to our image of what “spiritually advanced” looks like.

On one level, projecting a spiritual image can lead to progress. There is a certain power to “Fake it until you make it.” When you behave according to your intent, you strengthen the energy of it, and release past patterns. We can choose to face the light, decide to be happy, and embrace truth. Our energy will flow into the mold of our intent and establish a new pattern that serves us better.

But if the motive behind our spiritual fashion is to climb the social ladder of a group, to influence the perceptions and opinions of our community, or to convince ourselves that we are better than we fear we are, then we are cheating ourselves out of the bliss that comes from a spiritual heart.

It’s hard to love people when we are rating ourselves against them in our minds.

Ironically, people don’t particularly like those who appear superior to them and they can sense when someone takes pleasure in their assumed superiority.

Peace and Love are our very nature. Seeking fulfillment from playing spiritual games means looking to your self-image for satisfaction. That’s bound to divide your personality from the Source of your Love. You are satisfaction itself if you open yourself to BEING. Immersed in your contented bliss, you see the best in people, you bring out the best in people, and your communion with the world banishes thoughts of ranking yourself or elevating your status.

It’s hard to get used to the idea that being yourself is more a matter of undoing habits, distractions and illusions than of building an upgraded persona. It’s easy to get energetic and enthusiastic about doing something. Letting go of our old doings while remaining content with ‘openness in Being’ is subtler. Our habitual desire to fall into the tracks of our old ways makes us restless for the comfort of the familiar. Be patient with the restlessness and just observe the tendency to cast past habits into new ideas. The energy of the past will dissipate when we stop feeding it. It just takes a little time.

Don’t judge yourself or be disappointed if you catch yourself indulging in some spiritual ego. That would just be another, more negative, expression of that ego. They are twin sides of the same insecurity: the desire to be ‘good enough’ and the fear that we are not ‘good enough’. Treat yourself with the same love and compassion that you would offer others. Accepting yourself goes hand in hand with accepting others.

So the trick is to ‘be present” with your motives and actions, without denial or judgment. Compassionately and honestly observe yourself. Maintain your awareness of your thoughts and feelings. Pointless spiritual games will lose their meaning when seen in the light of Awareness. The ‘Observer’ who can be aware of our thoughts and feelings without judgment is the gateway to the real self. Observe as the Self by Being the Self. The “thinker” that can lament about our weaknesses and failures is a facet of an illusory identity that separates us from Truth and Love. The ‘observer’ can be aware of the thinking without getting wrapped up in it. Don’t lose yourself in the train of thoughts.

It’s good to recognize these contrary forces that can be primary obstacles to transformation: we say we want to change because we’re not satisfied, and yet we habitually inhabit our usual state of consciousness because it’s a familiar rut that’s a challenge to unlearn. Stop playing the ego games you are addicted to by observing yourself playing them. Let go of inner assumptions about who you are that are really just habits and past conditioning.

Learning to step away from your habitual state of consciousness is one of the most powerful transformative skills you can learn, because otherwise, whatever you learn and do will be undone by your unconscious will to cling to the familiar.

Reside in your own BEING and observe. Embrace yourself and others with the Love that springs from within you. Abiding in yourself and being present and open to the world around you without judgment is a new orientation toward life that takes a willful mindfulness to establish as new awareness. Once you’ve lived in mindfulness for awhile, the peace and fullness of your being will make reverting to old negativity seem unthinkable.

Most people have lived in a negative bubble for so long that layers of mental and emotional clutter have obscured the wellspring of Peace and Love that is their own Being. They might have to endure a period of emptiness as they take out the inner trash before the inner light begins to shine. If spiritual work feels unrewarding at first, be patient and nurture yourself. The inner trash needs to be taken out sooner or later. Once you have observed negativity and tension within yourself, you understand that it doesn’t serve you. If you have to bear the sight and smells of your stinky inner trash while you purge yourself of it, bear with it realizing it’s better to be free from it than to have it darkly festering within you.

It’s only a matter of time and transformation before you know Peace as your very nature each moment.

Love yourself, Be yourself, and the world will shine in beauty around you.

Implies latent energy or potential to expand. Serpent Power when activated travels up the seven chakras which are the nerve centers along the spinal cord and enlightens the mind. Expanding consciousness the nirvana of Buddha. It is responsible for human evolution and all-psychic abilities genius and spiritual illumination. Kundalini is the biological way to expand the mind.

Kundalini is the “secret” behind yoga and all other esoteric psychology’s and genuine occult mysteries. A scientifically measurable biochemical essence Kundalini is the substance that is the nourishment of consciousness. It penetrates the nervous system and influences the nerves to become the instrument of higher consciousness. This subtle substance is a snake-like force that fuels the mind in order to sustain a more active state, producing an awakened Kundalini individual, Note: snakes have two hemi penises and the power to hypnotize.

Such inner power is represented by the two snakes on King Tut’s headdress and the feathered serpent of Mexico and South America, The serpent in the Garden of Eden. When Kundalini is activated a reverse action takes place, feeding the center of the brain. “cavity of Brahma” in the brain’s ventricular cavity. Kundalini is the power that controls it. All great saints’’ mystics’ poets and people of genius, as well as the insane were influenced in this way.

If an experiment were performed it would prove the existence of the Kundalini force and show its physiological effects on the body. It could bridge the gap between science and mysticism and show the essential truth of religious experience and tradition. Religion has always been a companion of humanity. Religion came to guide humanity. No scientist could doubt the reality of this phenomenon once it has been observed and measured.. Such an experiment would uncover the vale of darkness and delusion under which humanity has been living. This evolutionary force needs publicity and actual proof would provide it. The results will speak for themselves. It will be a discovery more important than anything that has preceded it.

It is only from an awakened perspective that such observation can be made and this potential lies within everyone. As humanity evolved from cave men to the United Nations it becomes inevitable that this discovery will come to light and that there is indeed a purpose. A planned creation to our being. God protects our blue-green planet earth from the inferno of intergalactic space. Why? Because humanity has to attain to other states of consciousness for which all these recourses are needed to do this. We have been granted an intelligence to make the best use of it.

Life’s purpose and evolution’s power lead to cosmic laws, which must be obeyed for nature’s divine grace within us all to come to light. These laws as spoken of in all religions occult and mystical beliefs describe a path to enlightenment. As great empires have come and gone, so too must humanity’s faiths change.

My teacher, the late Pundit Gopi Krishna, an Indian Yogi-scientist and world renowned expert of Kundalini who has written over twenty books on the subject states, “We all know what happened whenever a political system became despotic and oppressive, a social system exacting and corrupt, and a religious system excessively authoritarian and dogmatic. There arose a demand for revision and reform. Political revolutionaries, reformers and prophets appeared on the scene, The old system was overthrown often with dreadful bloodshed, suffering and pain and a new one installed in its place. We have to cooperate with inner evolution.”

What is needed for a more positive harmonic peaceful and prosperous existence is a fuller understanding of humanity’s need for god. As society accelerates the brain must work increasingly beyond the point of balance. We are giants of intellect and dwarfs of the spiritual. We give no time to the spirit. Bringing on grave consequences. Gopi Krishna says. “ We have given too much emphasis to the material side of life at the cost of the spiritual side.” Time must be set aside for prayer, meditation, yoga or some other spiritual act in order to keep life’s evolutionary needs in balance and maintain inner sanity. Yoga meditation provides a channel for the opening of a powerful energy (inspiration) which can enable anyone to blossom into a genius, an artist, a poet, a mystic.

If this force awakens in an impure or out of balance form it can result in evil genius fanaticism delusions of grandeur, or mental illness (like manic depression and schizophrenia). There is a lot that is not understood that kundalini research will explain.

The brain is subject to the influence of countless factors connected with the life environment and the family history of an individual. When even slightly tainted or stained do to the pressure of reality or various causes such as wrong mode of life, unhealthy environment, faulty heredity, shock, frustration, repression, tension and numerous other factors. If the mind is abnormal the brain too must be a shareholder in the abnormality. There are subtle changes in some neuronic structures in the cranium. The real root of the abnormality is an impure or toxic condition of the prana. If you do not live a disciplined life then the awakening of this center can be unhealthy. A distorted vision of the same power. It means that the system is not pure and that the energy is not working in a healthy way.

There is a positive spiritual energy force within us all. Which has a physical counterpart in the human body that feeds a certain portion of the brain cavity of Brahma. This is a living electricity or intelligent energy that is needed to open the brain. The macrobiological changes and its effect can be observable and scientifically verified. Elevations of consciousness can only occur through the transformation brought by kundalini and by no other agency.

Nature shows compassion to humanity in order to help guide us safely through transgressions. God to me is a universal god that is not tied to any one organized religion. It gives us chance after chance. But when we digress off the path unhealthy results occur. We can not blame nature but ourselves. We have intelligence, we have reason, and we have learning. But if by having everything we ignore it then of course nature has no alternative except to teach us by suffering. Heaven is always merciful and all compassionate.

Great prophets, mystics, inventors, sages and people of genius have come to guide our race towards evolution’s goal. The study of the past will show the common thread within these great men and woman. Study is needed in order to educate us about how life should be led to be more in harmony with the forces of nature, which govern our life. A life of humility – love – purity - truth - moderation and compassion.

But how can we prove kundalini’s effect on the body? We can perform an experiment in a controlled environment. This experiment would take on hundred individuals with a healthy average intellect - normal typical people all with a great urge to awaken with a deep passion for spiritual matters and who are prepared to mold their lives in consort with the spiritual laws. Men and women aged twenty to thirty five. They would be put in a peaceful environment and subjected to various tests over a period of five years or more.

Scientists can observe them as the subjects try to awaken their kundalini. They will awaken to differing degrees. Tests will document the physiological changes that occur and will provide the empirical proof of what happens to the body as the kundalini force is awakened. I hypothesis that there are definitive biological differences in the blood, the cerebrospinal fluid and the composition of the brain matter in its subtle layers. Research on brain mapping. EEG ceg ces and the electricity in the body may show the kundalini force. The brain activity will be increased and its effect will be found all over the body. There will be metabolic processes, which can be measured. There will be physiological changes, which can be measured. This will convince the biologist that this change of the mind of the brain has physiological counter part. The result will start humanity towards a greater understanding of this evolutionary mechanism.

Once it is proved that the potential to awaken lies within everyone and is the most valuable asset we have, people will strive for it. The result on humanity will be comparable to the splitting of the spiritual atom. Instead of releasing a nuclear holocaust it will unleash the beginning of a utopian age, our cosmic destiny that can transform a mortal into an immortal and eternal source of happiness.

The awakening of these energies produces genius in mortal man or woman. Creativity, love and compassion emerge and pathways are opened to a future, awakened humanity. We will become the trailblazers of our own inevitable destiny. A utopian age of peace and harmony will follow. All political and spiritual processes will be developed for the highest good. Individuals will develop their “inner Sun” to the fullest during their lifetime. Kundalini research is part of an evolutionary force that compels us to look for enlightenment as an experience accessible to all. To awaken is the goal nature has set for us.

The time is right for we can use state of the art technology to study the phenomenon. We can study the common thread that lies at the root of all religion mysticism which is to guide humankind’s understanding of evolutionary change The understanding of kundalini is now becoming provable for the first time.

Sigmund Freud in fact understood that the libido is directly responsible for mental imbalances. At some point in time we will discover that all we know can be reduced to the bio-chemical. This center of the brain cavity of Brahma is still undiscovered but could be called the “third eye” or the “philosopher’s stone”. Kundalini will for the first time reveal how energy is supplied to the brain and that it is superintelligent. Freud’s concept about libido is of a psychic energy drawn from the libidinous tendencies in human beings. Which is to say the reproductive energy but only from a psychic point of view. He does not say that it has organic roots. This is what famed psychologist Wilhelm Reich emphasizes that this libido must have roots deep in the biochemical structure of the body.

The sex organs in a state of awakened kundalini produces a vast amount of fluid to feed the newly activated part of the brain. Sexual energy may well be directly connected to a mechanism that is affected by evolutionary advancement. Kundalini is the fundamental bioenergy stored primarily in the sex organs. This basic life force is normally associated with the genitals for simple continuance of the species by providing a sex drive. The tie in to the human sex drive and higher consciousness must be explored. Why do men have ejaculation while asleep or wake up with erect penises. There is a force of nature that needs physical release to be sane.

It is called the “goddess Kundalini” or “Mother Nature” because a mother’s love is similar to the bliss of higher consciousness. Woman have more feelings! Life is part of them - menstruation each month reminds them of that. Soulmates, man-woman have intercourse to prolong the race (children). Plus experience the love, kundalini evolutionary force of completion, happiness and bliss that keeps growing.

Sexual or relaxation exercises may release inner pressure of an over-taxed libido. An evolutionary super-nectar, extraordinary life force feeds the mind, a kissing food of unlimited bliss. The sublimation raising up of sex energy is the basic lever of all spiritual disciplines. But the all-inclusive nature of sex energy is a misnomer. Reproduction is but one of the aspects of the life energy of which the other theater of activity is the brain.

Humanity’s basic needs are for sex, god and a need for prayer to control our environment i.e.. hope within everyone lies the ability to awaken. Humanity needs love to balance our own unbalanced state and give us time to meditate, to control our over-taxed brain. Humanity’s sex drive may well be the only time some people relax from their hectic lifestyles. There is a need to just kick back and enjoy. Sex could be a form of deep meditation and experience between two soul mates. Loves deep blissful passion, kundalini’s purest expression an active prayer one of the most powerful forces in the universe. A positive experience that ends in an explosion of uncontrollable bliss. However for the average person, sex is not a deep meditation but is merely a physical release, a small slice of love’s true potential.

What is needed is that deep magnetism of love - a yin/yang of a universal constant. First came the big bang theory for the creation of the universe, now the love theory of creation states that the universe is a constant - always was here. That pure love magnetism, that yin/yang. Example. Trees love earth. Earth love the sky the sky loves the stars space… Love is consciousness … The universe is male and female and in love with both forces.

Suppression of sexuality out of contempt or hatred of our lower nature is an act of ignorance leading only to atrophy of the sexual system. Celibacy is contrary to nature. Since enlightenment is an evolutionary process with heredity playing an important role stamping the genera of the enlightened so that their biological gains through spiritual disciplines can be passed to their progeny. DNA research will eventually discover the consciousness gene.

Sexual energy has been represented in ancient art and statues by an erect organ. Showing the upward streaming of the reproductive essence that effects the transformation of consciousness.

In order to discover the factual evidence behind consciousness, one must first study kundalini energy and its effects. Scientific proof will free humanity to accept the fact that within everyone lies the temple of god leading to a clear realization of our own divine nature. Man’s incomprehensible inner bliss and oneness with divinity and a way of life that overpowers doing wrong or any other action that goes against this cosmic evolutionary force. The misunderstanding of kundalini has led to environmental decline that seems rooted to ultimate destruction of Planet Earth i.e. ozone layer, burning of rain forests, religious wars and terrorism, rape and murder….

It is one relationship not just to their own kundalini but also towards each other. It is the combination of the two that will lead not only to harmony but also to sharing and ultimately to progress. The appeal especially in these times is kundalini which offers hope promise. There is negative energy (i.e. ours) that can be transformed into positive communal conscience which will try to eradicate feelings of helplessness, negativity, pain and the burden of feeling isolated.

Why are people so selfish? Due to not having an understanding of kundalini. Just desperation, helplessness and power struggles which lead to hurting others and ourselves or apathy both of which have a profound effect on our history and the mood of the energy.

Our goal and objective is to create a paradise on earth. A peaceful co-existence, long lives, greater achievements and more freedom. A utopian society living by the laws uncovered by the experiment. A union with the divine is a sum total of the physical laws of the universe. We are in the process of taking the next evolutionary leap. The new century is here.

The study of what lifestyle would be best to advance ones inner potential is a task that may take eons to complete. With the help of divine grace may we free the veil that covers the eyes of the blind masses. We who have been chosen for this colossal task are the humble instruments of this evolutionary force. We will do our part to understand this unfathomable awareness of our eternal souls. The universe is ruled by an intelligent power! weird dream... need help trying to figure it out por favor

I dreamt one evening that i saw my name spelled out on a rug after i noticed it... i looked up and walked into the next room... i then layed down on the bed sitting up facing the entrance to the room. I then saw a ghost... i remember it to be a woman... i then said outloud "Did you see that?" to the person sitting up on the side of me... but the thing is.. i dont know who was there with me... i then looked up and viewed the wind chime hanging in the room... i noticed it moving but not making any noise... then i woke up.

shielding and protection...

I have been learning reiki now for some months, but prior to that have been a student of energy and the spiritual plane, seeking a means if interacting with the greater unknown beyond what our eyes see...

I have learned a few reiki symbols and have been working with the energies and forces that these powerful symbols impart... this past week I was working on trying to forgive and let go of events, situations, emotions tied to a particular time and place of my life... I was doing a honsha-ze-shonen meditation to release any negative energy and was looking to send spiritual hugs out to some of the people that I felt I had left unfinished business with...

now, I have not been atuned, I know that these energies and forces exist in many colors, flavors, forms... and reiki being only one of many disciplines to give some form to higher interactions... but what happened next was out of my realm of understanding, altho it raised memories of similar events that I had almost forgotten about...

while visualizing the symbols and calling up energy and sending it out in energy hugs to these people I know, one of them or something grabbed that positive energy and zapped me... I was instantly sick, coughing, shaking... absolutely and entirely drained... I have talked with some fellow reiki students and masters and have been given various input...

they pointed out that I had not asked permission before sending any of this energy out, a condition I was not aware of... They also point out that I had not been using any kind of shielding or protection... I have been meditating on these concepts and trying to envision what might be required to meet these conditions and protect my energy body and my health as such crazy attacks to my energy have happened before and left me in similar positions, next to positive that I was dying...

I want to avoid such danger in the future and want to be taking proper precautions... any ideas, suggestions, comments, similar experiences, please share!

what does this recurring dream mean? my boyfriend doesnt remember his dreams, except this dream that has been recurring for 3 years!

dream from my boyfriend- "starts off flying over green trees. i land on a cliff facing away from the cliff. a white wolf with yellow eyes appears walking out the bushes coming at me. im not scared. he walks towards me and morfs into a native american. the native american is face to face. pushes me off the cliff. as i fall towards the ocean, i suddenly see a blonde girl with a face of light falling close to me. i grab her just before we hit the water! my back is turned to hit the water first as to protect her."

what the &*%! does this mean????? its really bothering both of us because its been the same dream for years!!

I have learned recently something that I am still in the process of understanding for myself, that can help many others as well. One of the biggest issues that people have is taking care of themselves properly. I remember when I was much younger than I am today, my father asking my mother quite often if she had eaten today. Usually this occurred when my mother was most upset about something. It never really mattered what my mother was upset with it. It only matter that she was upset, which in turn caused my dad to ask my mom if she had eaten some food that day. The reason he would do that is because he knew that she had a blood sugar problem and a hyper metabolism which would cause her to go into fight or flight mode over the most absurd things.

Our bodies are very complex biological machines. We take in energy and let go of energy all the time, even in our sleep. Like any machine whether it be a car or radio or something even as simple as a teeter tauter, the proper energy has to be applied to allow the machine to be operational. Energy can come in the form of fuel or applied energy, that is to say energy in motion, and various other forms as well. The simple fact is though in order to get a function to occur whether calculated or not there must be energy flowing for movement to happen. This includes thoughts and emotions as well as say picking up a rock and throwing it. Even a whistle upon a persons lips requires a whole lot more energy than what you might actual think it takes to make the sound happen. It takes the food that you put into your body, that comes from a time being spent storing that energy, in the food from the sun to give a person fuel, so the energy synopsis fires correctly to tell your muscles, in your face, to form the correct shape, to perform the whistle, along with the lungs and the muscle designed to move the lungs, to draw in the air, and then push it out again, to make the sound. It also takes the thought and the understanding of how to whistle in order to do it at all. So, when a person says "that looks hard to do", they are in fact correct. To some level everything is hard to do, and it is defiantly much much harder to do what you might consider usually simple, if you do not have the correct energy input to produce the desired output results.

Basically to sum this up, if you do not take care of yourself or your surroundings or the food and water that you need to have in order to properly function you will not be able to do things correctly, let alone anything at all. If you want to do things, enjoy life and live then the only way you or I or anyone things that is living can do this is if the proper fuel rest and care is put into action and applied correctly.

SO, feed yourself and drink fluids take care of your selves dang it!!!

"To thine own self be true" which means be yourself and take care too!!! In order to be true ones self one has to feed the self in a proper meter and measure. JUST DO IT!!!!Become aware of what you actually need, do not over or under do it by making up excuses. Find a way, ask for help, and allow yourself to be healthy!! That is what your body instinctively wants as well as you personally, regardless if you are conscious of it.

Most of the time people unconsciously go through their day hurting themselves, and as a result hurt others and so on , due to some kind of lacking within in their systems. The best way to figure out what you lack is to try to listen and find ways to understand what your body is telling you. Sometimes it is easier to allow someone who can observe you to inform you of what they see, while you are learning to understand your own signals. It's all there and if you create or put yourself in a place that can allow for you to relax enough to really listen to what your signals are you will soon find yourself "in tune with you". It's like tuning in to a radio station, if you do not have electricity or power to operate the radio you will not be able to tune in to the station. If there is no station to broadcast then even if you have the right fuel or radio then there will be no signal to pick up. Since,that is not the issue with our bodies minds or emotions, this lack of broadcast will never come into play, however the lack of the correct fuel or understanding of what the signals are may be a very apparent factor. Good luck with understanding and applying this correctly.

Know that I share this with you all because my wish is to see people happier and healthier, as well as being there with you all. Know that the process takes time and is not an instant gratification thing. Allow yourself kindness as you would offer compassion to a young child who is still learning about their bodies. If you do that for yourself and others as well there will be great improvement for us all.

This December 2008 a major tantric empowerment cycle of the New School / Mahamudra lineage of vajrayana will be given in Vancouver British Columbia. These are the "Thirteen Golden Dharmas of Sakya", a comprehensive set of transmissions central to the Sakya School of Tibetan Buddhism, to be bestowed by Her Eminence Jetsun Kusho at Sakya Tsechen Thubten Ling, her tantric practice center.

"Her Eminence Jetsun Chimey Luding, or HE Jetsun Kusho, is a leading female teacher of tibetan buddhism living in the West. Jetsunma is one of three women in the history of Tibet to have given the Lamdre ("path and its fruition") teachings, the special system of contemplative and meditative practice of the Sakya order. Thus, she is a thoroughly trained lineage holder.
HE Jetsun Chimey Luding is the Resident Spiritual Director of the Sakya Tsechen Thubten Ling Center in Vancouver, Canada."

Translation from Tibetan will be by the eminent translator and Sakya scholar Jay Goldberg.

Her Eminence is a remarkably good teacher. I have three Vajrayogini empowerments from her. She is a primary lineage holder of the Sakya school, and considered a manifestation of the Great Goddess Vajrayogini herself. Vajrayogini is a central and highest practice of all the New Schools of Tibetan Buddhism, up through and including the Mahamudra teaching of primordial pure awareness.

It is not possible to practice these teachings without empowerment from a qualified lineage holder. Empowerment will include vows of basic Buddhist ethics ( the Ten Precepts ) and sacred vows of Mahayana / Great Way - Universal Service. Buddhist refuge and Mahayana vows are an integral part of every single tantric Buddhist empowerment, as is a commitment to some continuing meditative practice, typically involving mantra recitation.

Mantra means Sanskrit recitation of the names and activities of transcendent beings, i.e. Buddhist angels, in the context of ritual magic and yogic discipline. The purpose of these practices is primarily to develop the transcendent Wisdom, Compassion and Power ( jnana, karuna, bala ) of the fully realized Buddhas, and thereby to become capable of serving the highest good in all humanity from an inner elevated spiritual level. The path includes relative benefits such as inner healing and so forth, but no claims can be made regarding any one practice for any one practitioner.

Buddhist tantra, while a clear and formal spiritual discipline, is a culturally open and flexible path. This empowerment cycle will include a Hindu goddess ( Tinuma / Parvati ) and a Buddhist form of a primary Hindu deity, Avalokitesvara as Ganapati.

Note that I do not in any office represent this teacher or fellowship, and that arrangements may change. Please contact and preregister for all events, and be sure to show up quite a bit early, freshly washed and so forth. When the doors close they close. Space may well be quite limited.

Note also the prerequisite empowerment - either Sakya Hevajra ( included at the beginning of this series ) or Sakya Cakrasamvara. There are no substitutions though other lineages of these transmissions.

May the lineage of Her Eminence Jetsun Kusho flourish long, and may these teachings greatly benefit many.

I'm known for precog and stuff similar. I told someone that a child I met was dying. They said," OH! Did you have a precog?" No, the kid has a lung infection, cystic fibrosis, they just removed one lung and the other won't drain, but technically, no precog. So the person says," So the kid will live?" I don't have a precog EVERYTIME someone dies. geez, but sure, maybe. I don't know.

I had cops call me past the yellow tape line when I was walking by a crime scene. "What do you make of this?" They asked. Seriously? They KNEW the bf stabbed her. Don't call me just to show me blood and try to gross me out. Yes, I could flash on the details like the kitchen knife - but the victim was in the hospital, as soon as she regained consciousness, she'll tell them (and she did).

So, my rant is this. I'm officially no longer psychic. That big light, the one that's the SOURCE, that exists outside of spacetime - well, technically everyone is part of that. So what I see should be assessable to everyone. Stop asking me crap. *piffle*

i had an interesting and rather unsettling wake up call this morning... literally...
my first conscious thought was, i wish i had done this life differently... and it had the feel of an apology...
whether i was apologizing to someone, to myself, to god, i dont know, but somehow that thought slipped out between the cracks of my own internal defenses, and there it is. and, unfortunately, there is more than a grain of truth to it...

though i have had a hell of a life adventure to this point, and have healed a lot, got into a healing profession and life is pretty damn good, i realize that somewhere in there is still a belief that i can only change so much, can only let so much old thinking that no longer serves me fall away, can only heal so much, can only experience so much good, can only come so far on the path.

i have done a tremendous amount of work with this stuff, going so far as to now be finishing a graduate degree in consciousness studies... i have an awful lot of facts and information in my head, have studied god and infinite possibility and humanity from 100 perspectives... and there still is, aparently, a gap between my knowing of truth and my ability to apply it to my own life...

now mind you, i can apply it to YOUR life. ive been counseling full time for 7 years now, and have been extrememly successful, walking with people as thier lives have changed radically for the better... so i know this stuff works, i know that possibility is wide open, that the cosmos holds nothing back... oy vey...

i think whats happening in me is a soul thing, feels almost like my soul is saying 'ok, youve done a lot, and, is this it? is this all you want? is this as far as it goes this time around?' and it wouldnt be asking if there wasnt room for more, more growth, more healing, more awareness... i know there is room, in my life, to take it to the next level... i think maybe im right on the edge of that. shit. again. even knowing its ultimately a good thing, some goofy aspect of be still resists... please god let this transition be a little easier than some in the past...

anyway i needed to get this out of my head. lucky you. : /

THE “SUCKFACE” INCIDENT (Part I)

In the late seventies I worked part time delivering desserts to hotels and restaurants from South San Francisco to San Jose for a San Francisco bakery. Since I was also editing and publishing Coordinate Point, a magazine that explored the nature of consciousness and being, I often talked about dreams and psychic phenomena with the people I met in my travels. Catherine seemed as interested as any. She was a new friend and business customer from South San Francisco. During an animated discussion about dreams and intuitive experiences late in 1979, I asked her if she had ever participated in a Guided Imagery Exercise (GIE). She didn’t know what Guided Imagery was so I described the process to her and shared one of my favorite experiences with her. When I finished, she asked me to conduct a Guided Imagery Exercise for her and some friends. I agreed, and we set up a time for the following week.

Here’s the guided imagery experience I shared with Catherine. I call it Healing by Fire.

In guided imagery one person acts as the storyteller or guide while the other participants lie down, relax, and close their eyes. Once the participants are fully relaxed, usually through a series of relaxation exercises, the storyteller constructs an imaginary scene and offers suggestions to focus, guide, and stimulate the participants’ creative abilities, just like thoughts and emotions stimulate our creative abilities in dreams and imagination. The results depend on each person’s ability to relax and get out of the way of his or her consciousness, so it can flesh out the story line and allow the story to take on a life of its own!

HEALING BY FIRE
The first Guided Imagery Exercises I participated in involved the spirits of earth, fire, wind (air), and water. We met once a week and each week, for a month, we used one of these basic elements to build a story around. My favorite was the fire exercise.

After conducting a relaxation exercise, the storyteller described a scene with trees, green grass, and wild flowers. He encouraged us to enter the scene. The scenic elements were so pleasant and non-threatening, I found it easy to enter into the scene. Encouraging us to explore our surroundings, I tumbled in the grass, smelled the flowers and floated up into the trees for a closer look. After several minutes, the storyteller told us to “see” the path winding through the trees. He instructs us to follow it. He suggested we could walk, run, float, roll, tumble, or fly, whatever suited our fancy. I chose to float, and after some initial difficulty, did so quite successfully. Guided to an open field, we were told to see a fire burning off to one side of the path. Again, several alternatives were suggested. One suggestion is a roaring bonfire and the other is a burning house. Once we see our fire of choice, we’re told to go to it and enter it. For my experience, I chose a burning house.

It’s a short distance off the path to my left and nearly burned to the ground. There’s still some debris burning around the edges and in the middle of the house. My fear of being burned grows as I step into the flames. I remind myself I’m not in my physical body therefore, the flames can’t hurt me. Surprisingly, the flames feel cool and breezy as they lap against my legs. Enjoying these new sensation, I walked to the center of the house where the tallest flames were. Slowly, a large column of flame rose up in front of me and seemed to huddle against my chest. As I looked at it, an arm-like extension of flame reached out from the right side of its body and penetrated the left side of my chest. Before I could react, I felt something like a hand wrap around my heart and begin to knead it gently and lovingly.

Somehow, in this alternate reality a doorway for healing had been opened. For many years I sensed a growing hardness in my heart from being so angry at the world for not being what I thought it should be. The continued kneading of my heart by the Fire Being, or Spirit, released strong feelings of love and compassion in me. With a complete sigh of relief, I completely relaxed into the experience.

The Storyteller spoke again and gently suggested it was time to bring our experience to an end. As his suggestion slowly filtered through my mind, the Flame Spirit withdrew its fiery hand from inside my chest. Growing an new appendage from the left side of its body, it reached up over my right shoulder and around the back of my neck for support. Then it leaned back and looked into my face. With the fiery hand it had used to massage my heart, it reached up and gently brushed the left side of my face, like a mother expressing love and sadness before parting. After one final hug, it slowly let go of me and sank back down into the flames still burning around my legs. With sadness, I turned and walked out of the burning house and back to the pathway. As I retraced my steps, I mentally relived my experience with the Fire Being and marveled at the magic and wonder of it all. It had been a profound, maybe even life-saving healing experience for me!

When I arrived at Catherine’s house in South San Francisco she was home alone but expecting two friends. When they arrived it became clear neither one them knew what Guided Imagery was. They asked me if it was a form of hypnotism or subliminal suggestion. They were concerned about giving control of themselves over to someone they didn’t know and trust. I understood their fears and tried to reassure them by telling them it was a form of storytelling that allowed them to role-play. I went on to say Guided Imagery is essentially a waking dream, one that the dreamer has control over. I don’t know whether it was their skepticism, my poor explanation, or a lack of experience on their part, but after the exercise only Catherine said she “thought” she saw something when I suggested they see a scene of trees, green grass, and flowers in their minds. The other two participants echoed each other with, “All I could see was the back side of my eyelids.” Maybe imaginations need exercise too, like muscles.

Despite the poor results Catherine and her friends experienced, the longer I spent conducting the Guided Imagery Exercise, the more relaxed and intuitive I had become, unknowingly setting the stage for what was to come. When I left Catherine’s house for the drive north up highway 101, to my home in San Francisco, I felt very playful and alive. I could feel my body virtually tingling with spiritual energy!

THE “SUCKFACE” INCIDENT

The late night traffic on the five-lane Bayshore Freeway (Hwy. 101) was light, so I settled into the middle lane and drove at the speed limit, 55 mph. Highway 101, between South San Francisco and San Francisco, is five lanes wide to accommodate the extra traffic generated by the presence of San Francisco International Airport and Candlestick (later, 3 Com, now Monster) Park. Less than a minute after I settled into a comfortable groove (middle lane, 55 mph), two rough looking guys on a Harley Davidson slowly passed me on the right, in lane number 2. As I watched them move by, their “look” triggered a torrent of playful observations and judgments, like: Wow, these guys really look rough! I wonder how many years they’ve spent in places like San Quentin knocking out license plates with dirty acronyms? (a personal joke here because I often spend time turning the letters on license plates into sexually explicit statements to amuse myself as I drive.) And look at those identical Mackinaw coats they’re wearing - they look brand new! I wonder which warehouse they stole them from? (Mackinaw coats are short winter coats, made of a thick, woolen, commonly plaid material. They were once popular in the northern and western United States, worn by many Indians and lumbermen)

As amusing as these thoughts are, I can’t help but notice how I’m slicing and dicing my two new road companions into pieces (categorizing and stereotyping them). In a moment’s glance, I have these two guys accused, judged, and hung. To salve a faint twinge of guilt, I remind myself that I’m only playing with surface issues, that deep down, I know we’re all one and basically good. This makes the situation even more fun because, now, I think, as long as I don’t take my thoughts too seriously, I can be as playful and outrageous as I please. Not!

As soon as he passes my front bumper the motorcycle driver turns to enter my lane without signaling. Observing this rude and dangerous move, the passenger quickly sticks his left arm out to apologize and signal the turn. Adding fuel to the fire of my imagination, the motorcycle driver reaches back with his left arm and starts pounding his friend’s arm as hard as he can, to make him put it down. What was that all about, I wonder? Damn, are these guys really thieves? Did they really break into a warehouse and steal their Mackinaw coats? How many did they steal? Where were they hiding them? Who are they selling them to, and, jokingly, how much money are they going to make from the deal? After this wild flurry of questions my thoughts settle down, and once the driver of the motorcycle establishes a steady and safe distance between us, my thoughts turn in new directions, until I see the two men take the same freeway interchange I have to take to get home. Suddenly my full attention is back on them with growing irritation and concern.

As we approach the Fell Street Off-Ramp, the exit closest to my home, I find myself holding my breath and “willing” the pair on to the next exit, but to no avail. As fate, or magic, would have it, we are meant to continue our private little drama until it reaches some undisclosed and, hopefully, meaningful conclusion. So once again I watch as the motorcycle passenger signals their turn and the driver reaches back to pound on his arm, even more viciously than he did before. Why is this guy so god damned contemptuous and angry, I wonder? And, why isn’t the red light at the foot of the off-ramp turning green for Christ sake, there’s no traffic around? So here we are, at the foot of the Fell Street off-ramp, which splits into five lanes, waiting for the light to change. The two men on the motorcycle are in the middle lane, waiting to ride up Fell Street Hill, and I’m in the far right lane, waiting to turn right onto Laguna Street. The stop line angles back for the turn onto Laguna Street, so I’m stopped several feet behind the motorcycle. Feeling safe from this vantage point, I carefully scrutinize my two new “friends” while waiting for the light to change, which seems to take forever! As I study them, I think, Where did the driver get the money to buy such a nice motorcycle? With his temper, I don’t see how he can hold a regular job. Also, I wonder, What circumstances brought these two guys together and what kind of relationship do they have? The passenger seems to be pretty well meaning.

Suddenly, my mind and body are on full alert! Sheer panic or “inner” knowing takes control of my body and forces me to shift my eyes slightly forward of the driver’s position and up at a Victorian house on the hill, a block or so beyond him. As my eyes come to a rest on the Victorian, the motorcycle driver whips around and screams at me, “What are you looking at, Suckface?” Before the words finish leaving his mouth he realizes, with a look of shock, that I’m not looking at him but at something beyond him. He whips around to the front as fast as he had turned on me. Even though the energy of his words is reverberating through my mind, I keep a look of innocence on my face, as if to say, Are you talking to me?, as I slowly bring my eyes back to rest on him. His emotional outburst was so graphic and powerful, the image of a man’s face with the mouth area sucked in, in a lurid reference to male homosexuality, appears in my mind. When my eyes focus on him again, he’s staring straight ahead with a look of utter desperation on his face, a look that says, “Come on light, change - let me out of here!”

Still shaken from the violence of his outburst, I continue to study the driver, his passenger, and the motorcycle, until a strange movement at the top of the driver’s head attracts my attention. Curious and somewhat apprehensive, I watch as another head begins to emerge through the top of his. This new head, bald and bodiless, is soon floating free in the air above the driver’s head. Mask-like and real at the same time, it slowly turns to face me, locking its hypnotic, shiny black eyes onto mine. With grinning arrogance and a look of hungry anticipation on its face, it starts to move toward me, sizing me up as it comes. As the gap closes between us, I suspect that this “thing” is a living manifestation, a psychic projection of quasi-matter, given birth by the sheer intensity of the driver’s thoughts and emotions. Somehow, I’m perceiving inner reality and outer reality simultaneously, and I can shift between the two at will.

As the bodiless head moves closer, it cunningly rises to a position above my head to stay beyond my reach, and begins to change before my eyes. I watch in amazement as it transforms into a circular stone wheel with two flat sides. The side facing me has lines etched into the surface to form eyes, ears, and a nose. Below the hint of a nose is a large gaping mouth hole that goes completely through the stone. As the stone face hovers over my head, I’m reminded of a primitive Sun God. The large eyes are closed and deep grooves radiate out from them like rays of the sun. I wonder, did my fear stop it, or did it stop on its own. Suspecting the latter, I wonder what will happen next. What kind of disturbed energy did the motorcycle driver unleash when he turned and yelled at me so violently? Suddenly, the face springs to life! The stony eyelids fly open while the very stone itself reverts back to its original human shape and flesh tone. The head’s shiny black eyes once again lock onto mine, and with a look of maniacal glee, it swoops down, open-neck first, to force its way down over my head. Fearing it wants to possess me mind, body and soul, I quickly reach up to defend myself.

I force my thumbs up inside the opening of the mask’s skin-like rubbery neck before it can completely slip down over my head, and clamp my fingers down tightly on the flesh at both sides. This gives me control over the mask as it alternately struggles to force itself down over my head and free itself from my grasp. As we struggle, thoughts race through my mind about what will happen to me if this disturbed personality wins the battle. Frightened by this possibility, I strengthen my resolve to fight it off.

Sensing the growing strength of my rejection, the mask redoubles its efforts to alternately force its way down over my head and break free of my grasp. My arms are beginning to feel like dead weights but I refuse to let go. As our violent struggle continues, I become another me standing on some grass next to a wooden fence in the residential area of a large city. Nighttime lights illuminate the street as I hold the almost lifeless mask in my hands. Every once in a while it flutters weakly, letting me know it’s still alive. In a fleeting moment of sympathy, before it completely dies, I release it, half expecting it to fall to the ground. Instead, it floats up into the air. Much to my regret, it quickly takes on new life and starts to move out over the darkened city with a look of renewed hope and determination. Using my inner senses, I follow the mask at a discreet distance as it combs the city streets and buildings looking for a new victim, one more willing than I. Invisible to him, I watch as he feels out potential victims. Finally he settles on a depressed looking young man sitting on a park bench. I’m amazed at how fast he subdues his new victim. The young man almost gratefully accepts the “Suckface” personality, as the mask easily slips down over his head. Using a kind of psychic shorthand to skip forward in time and space, I watch as a total biological and psychological transformation of the young man takes place. The human body that once belonged to him now belongs to “Suckface”, the personality forged from the anger and contempt of the motorcycle driver, still impatiently sitting beside me at the foot of Fell Street Hill.

Next, an all white room swims into focus. “Suckface” is standing in the middle of the room naked, except for a small loincloth and wide, studded leather belts. One belt is wrapped around his waist while the other one, attached at the right side of his waist, runs up his chest and down over his left shoulder, attaching to the waist belt in the back, like a bandoleer. Holding a leather Cat-O-Nine-Tail whip in his right hand, he uses it to both sexually stimulate and punish the naked, submissive man crawling on the floor in front of him. A quick flashback shows Suckface picking him up on the street earlier with the promise of food, wine, and wild, uninhibited sex. Watching this scene from a point in the air between the two men, I know the man on the floor will get his night of wild, uninhibited sex, but he’s also going to get something he doesn’t suspect. At the end of this long night of sexual abandon and sadistic pleasure, he’ll be killed and, like others before him, his body parts will be dismembered, wrapped in plastic, and distributed throughout the city for the police to find.

The contempt and loathing Suckface feels for himself and the other homosexual men he meets has grown in proportion to his homosexual activity and the public’s condemnation of it. Unable to resolve these two strongly opposing forces, he has become self-destructive. While outwardly seething with contempt for those who condemn him and his behavior, unconsciously he accepts their condemnation as the condemnation of his father, the motorcycle driver. Unconsciously, he looks for ways to appease this energy. Ironically, he chooses to destroy those who give him the most love and pleasure in life, his male sexual partners. In this way he’s able to express his contempt for society and punish himself at the same time. Deep down he knows that playing this gruesome game of cat-and-mouse with the police will eventually lead to his own destruction but, outwardly, he denies the possibility.

I watch from an invisible point in the air as Suckface moves through the city streets, hiding the bloody body parts of his latest victim. He’s offering up a sacrifice to the limitation and fear that condemns his behavior, “one more dead “queer” for those who hate queers”, he thinks. Unable to resist the urge to pay the ultimate price, he taunts the detective in charge of investigating his murder victims through a series of cryptic letters. He laughs at the detective for not being able to find him and put a stop to the reign of terror he’s inflicting on the city’s homosexual community. Knowing the police are closing in on him in this alternate reality, I return to the present and renew my grip on the struggling mask.

With these terrible thoughts fresh in my mind, I decide my course of action. The Suckface personality, forged from the negative thoughts and emotions of the motorcycle driver, will not gain its freedom today! Enough anger and contempt is loose within the world already. As my resolve solidifies, I return my attention to the mask. Staring down at me the look on its face changes; where once it wore a look of arrogance, strength and superiority, now it wears a look of fear and exhaustion. Strengthening my grip on the mask, I project my astral or energy body through the car window, like Plastic Man from the comic books, and try to jamb it down over the motorcycle driver’s head, more than ten feet away. Although my move catches him off guard, he reacts quickly and forces me all the way back into my car. Again and again, we drive one another’s energy bodies back and forth in a pitched battle, neither one of us willing to accept final possession of the mask.

As the motorcycle driver and I grimly fight on, both refusing to accept ownership of the mask, a look of apprehension and fear grows on the mask’s face. Finally, with a look of utter shock and dismay, it gives up, letting the glow of life that once strongly animated its features, drain from its being. Surprisingly, I feel a touch of sadness. The motorcycle driver and I are now battling over a limp, lifeless rubber mask. Still determined not to keep it, I reach over and attempt to stuff it into the right hand pocket of the driver’s Mackinaw coat. Still unwilling to accept responsibility for it, he again rejects my attempt to put the mask in his pocket and angrily pushes my hand back at me with the mask still in it.

Finally, the traffic light turns green and we both have to shift our attention back to the outside world long enough to get our vehicles moving. As the motorcycle driver and his passenger head up Fell Street Hill, I turn right onto Laguna Street. I still don’t want to keep the dead mask so I reach back again to stuff it into his coat pocket but to no avail. He still refuses to accept it. After several more fruitless attempts, I arrive home two blocks away to park my car, clean up, and go to bed.

Lying in bed next to my sleeping wife, I find myself unable, or unwilling, to let the Suckface incident go unresolved. Doggedly, I start rerunning the image of the motorcycle driver heading up Fell St. Hill. In each sequence, I put the mask in his pocket but every time I remove my hand the mask comes with it, as if it was glued to my fingers.

Before sleep can claim me, I start an internal dialog with the motorcycle driver. I admit to him that, As we drove north from South San Francisco together, I was amazed and amused by your look and behavior. I apologize for making fun of him and, in an attempt at humor, I add, But it did look strange to see you beat your buddy’s arm so violently just for signaling turns! He kind of laughs and I volunteer that, I had no right to pick on you. I’m sorry. With this admission a sense of brotherhood and understanding blossoms between us and I use this moment to remind him that, When you did turn around to yell at me, I wasn’t looking at you, and that alone should be reason enough for you to take responsibility for disposing of this mask. With my appeal to his sense of fairness, he reaches down and opens his coat pocket, giving me permission to place the dead mask inside, which I do. My final view of him is his back as he drives up Fell St. Hill and disappears over the top, taking the mask with him and out of my life forever. With this delightful image still in my mind, I role over onto my left side and fall fast asleep, in peace.

20 Astral Keys to Gates of Universal Consciousness

Carl Gustav Jung (1875–1961) was a Swiss psychiatrist who developed the field of analytical psychology and introduced the concept of archetypes of consciousness being "innate universal psychic dispositions that form the substrate from which the basic themes of human life emerge. Being universal and innate, their influence can be detected in the form of myths, symbols, rituals and instincts of human beings. Archetypes are components of the collective unconscious and serve to organize, direct and inform human thought and behaviour. ...archetypes heavily influence the human life cycle, propelling a neurologically hard-wired sequence which he called the stages of life. Each stage is mediated through a new set of archetypal imperatives which seek fulfillment in action."[1]

Centuries before Jung, the Maya introduced the very similar concept of Archetypes of Divine Consciousness. (According to the Maya, there are 20 of them.) Likewise, these Archetypes form the substrate from which individual Divine Consciousness emerges. Also being components of the collective unconscious, the Maya-identified Archetypes organize, direct and engender Divine thought and behavior in the human experience, in stages, over the course of days, months, years, ...millennia. Hard wired into the binary code of DNA and the human brain, these Archetypes are mediated through the permutations of an universal, binary, object oriented Code evident in and galactically broadcast by harmonic star cycles. The Maya perceived the astral Nature of the Code and embodied It in a "lunar calendar." Regarded as their Sacred Calendar, they call it the "Tzolkin." The Tzolkin enables them to track the cycles, the individual stages of the cycles [i.e. days] and the progressive effects of those intermeshed stages in order to further enable them to live in conscious alignment and synchronicity with the 20 Archetypes. According to the Maya, living in such alignment and synchronicity activates the inherent Divine Consciousness latent within the individual consciousness. Being both harmonic and binary in Nature, the Tzolkin's Code has been digitized and expressed in sound. balancing the worlds

How does one truly balance living in a spiritual realm and physical realm? I would like to throw the question out to hear others story of balance, imbalance, search for balance. When I was a young teen I was put on medication (and had "they" been aware of my thoughts and behaviors earlier I would have been medicated sooner) I was unbalanced before the meds and then I became unbalanced and partially blocked from my truth. My truth had a thick gauze laid over it so the messages from the spirit world was unclear, the guiding intuition in my womb vague. Growing up in fits of what they called Manic Depression I raged against the idea that I was "crazy" angered by knowing in another time or spiritual dimension I was not called crazy I was called shaman. And that instead of drugs I needed lessons. When I had my daughter 10 years later I was blessed with the grounding chord to Mother Earth that I so needed and no longer seen as or acting "crazy" (and off meds) I began the work of balancing my feet between the worlds. And over time I began to see that I had been given lessons just not in the form I thought it was supposed to come from. The Earth, the animals, my dreams, Spirit Guides, and people in general have led and taught me. The biggest lesson about finding balance between this world where there are bills to pay and groceries to buy and this world where the trees and animals have voices, energy can be seen and felt and healing happens is that I must remain GROUNDED. The deeper my roots, the higher I can fly.

Shifting Energy, Prophecy of Love Explained

It has come to my attention that viewers are having trouble opening a link I included in a previous post. This previous message was posted as a loving message to get word out about something that I stumbled upon and found to be a great source of hope. If you would do this you will literally become Lightning Rods of Love.
We ask you to hold this energy and not to project it outward. After 24 hours of receiving and Being unconditional love it will become apparent to you that, indeed without projecting, your outer world will have already changed.
If 1 million or more of you will answer this call then all of the other prophecies of destruction and doom will be shifted. For it is Love that will bring balance and harmony to your world.
Focus not upon what you think is wrong in your world rather focus on the Kingdom of Heaven manifested now within the hearts of all creatures and upon Terra and it will be so.”

The vision for this conference is this: There are so many prophecies out there of doomsday and cataclysms, with floods, earthquakes, plagues and war, that it makes one feel that everything is hopeless. That is certainly one time line for the future. But I have had dreams and visions of a different future, a future based upon love and brother- & sisterhood where this Earth becomes the beautiful garden and radiant star that it is destined to become.
Thus, I am now guided to co-create this conference to counterbalance all of the fear-based prophecies running amok throughout the unconsciousness of so many people, and anchor into the morphogenic field this new dream, this new vision based upon the prophecy of love.

Spiritual Resonance

It’s going around like a virus.
I keep meeting people who tell the same story of recent experience (like five in the last few weeks). Two Spirits meet and resonate, one of the parties feels the connection more powerfully than the other, and moves into Love in one quantum leap. The other, for various reasons on the material plane, does not wish to join with them. This person is overwhelmed and scared by the other’s speed and depth of feeling and they back away.

Here is part of what I think is going on. Spirit, as we know, moves at speeds light years faster than the material world. In these times, we are being urgently called to come together in community, to join forces in shared intention, to open our hearts to one another, to ascend together to create a new world, and to waste no time in doing it. Things move so slowly here on this plane, and we are at different places and times in our lives that do not necessarily match up. When Spiritual Resonance is felt, some are willing and ready to embrace it at the moment of meeting, some are not. This is a transitional phase in time. We, who are all of the same Tribe, wish to come together, but our minds get in the way, we find earth-based reasons not to open our hearts, we affirm artificial differences.

I find this a painful reality to accept. I desire to connect deeply with my brothers and sisters from the heart without having to go through the laborious process of “getting to know each other”. I suppose better integration is necessary on my part ?

strange phone calls

I have been getting strange phone calls on my cell phone lately, all hours of the day and night. It is from the number 0000500000. If I answer, nothing is there. It leaves no message, and usually calls back within a few minutes. Jut the two times in a row, though, so far. I tried calling the number, and actually got connected, no error message or anything, but again nothing was there. Any ideas, anyone?

For those that dared to believe in Ron Paul/Kucinich... Cynthia McKinney can change the landmap of politics!

I'm up in grounded but purposefully divided Humboldt County and, though I had held out hope for first Kucinich and then Ron Paul and back before the two-party system tried to take the control reigns back in this next plot. What I hope they didn't factor is the degree of fed-upness this public has and that they are informed enough and distrustful of this whole divided situation that will play back into the hands of old politics while promising to do otherwise. This primary season was purposefully dragged out, I only realize we could've realized the real reason for it sooner. As far as the public is concerned now, we have a three-way race within a two-party system. Our best hope to break the entwined ways is to make it a generally multiple race to expose the one faction of the two establishment parties! Cynthia McKinney, the first African-American congresswoman in Georgia now taking on fraud Nader for the Green Party, came to our campus about three weeks ago and, along with local and state candidates, revived the political atmosphere in a hopelessly persistent apathy area. It's true that Nader destroyed the position of the Green Party and re-imposed the two factions of the megasystem, but now we have the perfect chance for a permanent perception changer! No more Ron Pauls or Kucinichs! It was a nice dream, a dream I was ALMOST willing to change my life for, but alas we need to stay more adaptable and find the best chance to bring the power back, that ain't it!! Ron Paul needs to stay in the congress to hold the line, he should see that that's the only way to safegaurd the constitution given the yes-men only symbolically in the middle! He holds the line, Dr. No, that's where he needs to stay as long as possible! Sad, but true. If only Kucinich still had a term, but that's the way things roll this time around. This is a perception race, a perception race! If we can shatter perceptions of not just the paradigm of gender issues against race issues-- this party, that party as well of course, but nothting new there -- we have to run with our best chance there! It may not be the best thing to run as a Green regardless, but this is the one thing we can reclaim and change directly from the ground up! There are many ways to support a candidate and if there's one left that still has an actual viable chance to be real, it has to be McKinney! She's got the new momentum behind her if we can be adaptable enough to drop the Ron Paul's! My allies and comrades and I got to ask our questions to her in the flesh, and were more than satisfied and finally excited about politics again. We've looked into it our way, and I hope you can check it out and see how much we can really do by combining forces if we can agree with this track-record. It is written that this part of the cosmos that we know of, this universe, this galaxy, this solar system, and this sun structured itself over 21 billion years ago. Billions and billions of years of jet blackness, dark black matter, dark black energy, and black holes then came light and life.

There was a time when only blackness prevailed in everything and in all things. In the beginning all was black. There was no universe but there was dark black energy, the immortal unity and struggle of female/male matter and spirit, pure energy and impulse, that created itself out of itself. Blackness and darkness led to light---not the other way around.

In a majestic struggle between matter and anti-matter bonded energy eventually formed elementary particles, elements-stars-planets-solar systems-galaxies-complete universes. These solar organisms bonded together with gravitational forces which formed solar systems and clusters of galaxies. This gravitational soup became the cosmic webbing of the infant universe which continually expanded-changed-developed.

From this universe came our galaxy, then our solar system. Within this solar system formed a sun-nine planets-moons-asteroids-comets with all being electro-magnetically held together by precisely balanced gravitational attraction and repulsion. Constantly in motion, having no days off, moving at colossal speeds stars are suns with their own rings of planets revolve on their axis and turn with the entire galaxy as it turns on its own axis.

Each star---its own universe on fire---is a blazing fiery solar hurricane. Its entire surface is in a state of bubbling, erupting, burning, hot agitation with colossal fiery heat waves passing over the turbulent stars burning hot surface. Galactic fire streams shot out as gigantic streams of internal heat, pulsating, throbbing, illuminating, pouring forth into space in the form of radiation---giving live to planets and their moons. Physical gravitational fields connect the particles allowing them to interact and thus exist.

Without this nothing would connect the stars in the galaxies or the substance itself within the starts and planets. There would be no solar systems, stars, or planets, without electromagnetic fields. Nothing would connect electrons and protons in atoms into molecules and molecules into tissue. From elementary particles to nucleus from nuclei and electrons there came atoms from atoms came molecules from molecules and their aggregates gaseous-liquid-solid bodies formed bodies that make up stars and their satellites, the planets and their satellites.

Twenty-one billion years of matter and antimatter flowing down the majestic cosmic ladder from universes to super clusters, galaxy clusters, galaxies, star clusters, quasars, pulsars, stars, solar systems, planets, other celestial bodies to molecular complexes, crystals, molecules, atoms, elementary nuclear particles, photons, force fields, quantum levels, to sub-quantum elements. These solar organisms bonded together with gravitational forces, which formed solar systems and clusters of galaxies.

This process resulted from explosions of anti-matter and matter which produced the bonded energy which eventually formed elements, stars, planets, solar systems, galaxies, and complete universes. The materials of these solar organism such as stars, gas, energy particles, cosmic debris, planets, asteroids, comets, nebulae, black holes, etc., are bonded together by gravitational forces which form solar systems and clusters of galaxies which are continually expanding, moving, changing.

In sum, from this universe came our galaxy. Then our solar system. The cause was a heart attack, said Rick Doblin, founder and president of the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies, a California-based group that in 2005 republished Dr. Hofmann’s 1979 book “LSD: My Problem Child.”

Dr. Hofmann first synthesized the compound lysergic acid diethylamide in 1938 but did not discover its psychopharmacological effects until five years later, when he accidentally ingested the substance that became known to the 1960s counterculture as acid.

He then took LSD hundreds of times, but regarded it as a powerful and potentially dangerous psychotropic drug that demanded respect. More important to him than the pleasures of the psychedelic experience was the drug’s value as a revelatory aid for contemplating and understanding what he saw as humanity’s oneness with nature. That perception, of union, which came to Dr. Hofmann as almost a religious epiphany while still a child, directed much of his personal and professional life.

Dr. Hofmann was born in Baden, a spa town in northern Switzerland, on Jan. 11, 1906, the eldest of four children. His father, who had no higher education, was a toolmaker in a local factory, and the family lived in a rented apartment. But Dr. Hofmann spent much of his childhood outdoors.

He would wander the hills above the town and play around the ruins of a Hapsburg castle, the Stein. “It was a real paradise up there,” he said in an interview in 2006. “We had no money, but I had a wonderful childhood.”

It was during one of his ambles that he had his epiphany.

“It happened on a May morning — I have forgotten the year — but I can still point to the exact spot where it occurred, on a forest path on Martinsberg above Baden,” he wrote in “LSD: My Problem Child.” “As I strolled through the freshly greened woods filled with bird song and lit up by the morning sun, all at once everything appeared in an uncommonly clear light.

“It shone with the most beautiful radiance, speaking to the heart, as though it wanted to encompass me in its majesty. I was filled with an indescribable sensation of joy, oneness and blissful security.”

Though Dr. Hofmann’s father was a Roman Catholic and his mother a Protestant, Dr. Hofmann, from an early age, felt that organized religion missed the point. When he was 7 or 8, he recalled, he spoke to a friend about whether Jesus was divine. “I said that I didn’t believe, but that there must be a God because there is the world and someone made the world,” he said. “I had this very deep connection with nature.”

Dr. Hofmann went on to study chemistry at Zurich University because, he said, he wanted to explore the natural world at the level where energy and elements combine to create life. He earned his Ph.D. there in 1929, when he was just 23. He then took a job with Sandoz Laboratories in Basel, attracted by a program there that sought to synthesize pharmacological compounds from medicinally important plants.

It was during his work on the ergot fungus, which grows in rye kernels, that he stumbled on LSD, accidentally ingesting a trace of the compound one Friday afternoon in April 1943. Soon he experienced an altered state of consciousness similar to the one he had experienced as a child.

On the following Monday, he deliberately swallowed a dose of LSD and rode his bicycle home as the effects of the drug overwhelmed him. That day, April 19, later became memorialized by LSD enthusiasts as “bicycle day.”

Dr. Hofmann’s work produced other important drugs, including methergine, used to treat postpartum hemorrhaging, the leading cause of death from childbirth. But it was LSD that shaped both his career and his spiritual quest.

“Through my LSD experience and my new picture of reality, I became aware of the wonder of creation, the magnificence of nature and of the animal and plant kingdom,” Dr. Hofmann told the psychiatrist Stanislav Grof during an interview in 1984. “I became very sensitive to what will happen to all this and all of us.”

Dr. Hofmann became an impassioned advocate for the environment and argued that LSD, besides being a valuable tool for psychiatry, could be used to awaken a deeper awareness of mankind’s place in nature and help curb society’s ultimately self-destructive degradation of the natural world.

But he was also disturbed by the cavalier use of LSD as a drug for entertainment, arguing that it should be treated in the way that primitive societies treat psychoactive sacred plants, which are ingested with care and spiritual intent.

After his discovery of LSD’s properties, Dr. Hofmann spent years researching sacred plants. With his friend R. Gordon Wasson, he participated in psychedelic rituals with Mazatec shamans in southern Mexico. He succeeded in synthesizing the active compounds in the Psilocybe mexicana mushroom, which he named psilocybin and psilocin. He also isolated the active compound in morning glory seeds, which the Mazatec also used as an intoxicant, and found that its chemical structure was close to that of LSD.

During the psychedelic era, Dr. Hofmann struck up friendships with such outsize personalities as Timothy Leary, Allen Ginsberg and Aldous Huxley, who, nearing death in 1963, asked his wife for an injection of LSD to help him through the final painful throes of throat cancer.

Yet despite his involvement with psychoactive compounds, Dr. Hofmann remained moored in his Swiss chemist identity. He stayed with Sandoz as head of the research department for natural medicines until his retirement in 1971. He wrote more than 100 scientific articles and was the author or co-author of a number of books

He and his wife, Anita, who died recently, reared four children in Basel. A son died of alcoholism at 53. Survivors include several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Though Dr. Hofmann called LSD “medicine for the soul,” by 2006 his hallucinogenic days were long behind him, he said in the interview that year.

“I know LSD; I don’t need to take it anymore,” he said, adding. “Maybe when I die, like Aldous Huxley.”

But he said LSD had not affected his understanding of death. In death, he said, “I go back to where I came from, to where I was before I was born, that’s all.”

I know we can all feel overwhelmed by how many problems there are in the world and how we can best work to help on our busy schedules, but here's three websites that you can help without leaving your computer or sending any money to ever-questionable charities. I encourage everyone to check these out and spread the word. It may not be an end, as they say, but it's a huge start!

1. Blackle!
As the huge Google corporation is counting on, most of you may not be aware how much electricity and browser space is used up needlessly on internet searches every minute. I just recently became aware that it takes an enormous amount of excess energy to power a white screen than a black one, and in the case of Google, every frivilous little term that is searched has to go through their mega-servers which are set up in addition to average internet routes. I just got turned on to this almost-all-in-one site by someone informing me about it in a response to a similar post I put up on another tribe. We will re-establish contact in a very knowledgeable way with our ancestors from the stars.
So mark that down because it will happen. The first contact will be with the Pleiades and will be totally acknowledged and will be known to all the world powers. The second contact will be with Sirius.

PART FOUR ~
When truth seekers begin to open the veil of the crack between the worlds, we will see our memory circles.
Many of the leaders who are trying to keep us locked in the past, will not function today, will fall.
Many teachers and wise people will be seen for who they are and they will be the farmers, the labourers and the gas station attendants because the tagashala will be fully awakened.
People will begin to link up with other people in gathering together circles.
Many of these will be the so-called 'common people' and not the teachers you see up there now.

PART FIVE ~
The various winged serpent wheels will begin to turn, to dance once again and when they do the rainbow lights will be seen in dreams all over the world and these rainbow light dreams will help awaken the rest of humanity.
We will sit in a new circle of law.
All civil and social laws will have to be in conformity with natural laws or the people will not accept them and they will have the enlightenment necessary to reject those laws.
Science will once again become metaphysics. They will discover four laws that will help them jump to universal law and transcend the time-space continuum which is the limitation of the age and once again we will begin to take our power and to work with rules and laws that are cosmic laws.

PART SIX ~
We will once again see the way to continue a new dream.
We will be given the road map back to the stars and we will see the star people come out of the illusion of their two-legged form and into their actual great sleeper-dreamer form.
A powerful time approaches humanity and its really hard for me to talk about it.
I am a great dreamer but I don’t know if I dream that large.
We will see a real shift in planetary consciousness.
Many of the enemies of the humans will begin to drop away.
We will totally gain the light of the great light wheel.
There will be one humanity, one planet composed of all the different ways of dancing in complete harmony in the great gathering together circle.
All the seeds will be planted.
The Earth will have its true reality formed.
It will join the sisterhood of planets, the daughters of Copperwoman and it will create within itself all forms of all things in harmony with the everything.
We will see a whole new way of perfection.
There will be plants on this grandmother earth that will give life and sustenance as never before seen.
Starvation on the earth, all those things will be gone. There will be total balance and harmony.

PART SEVEN ~
The new race of humans will begin to design their new reality of life on this planet as they intended it to be when they first came here from the stars.
We will begin to establish this planet and use the collective consciousness to hold the power of this space in harmony with the Great Circle of Twelve and all the planets. There is a whole lot I don’t even know. There is more that I am not supposed to talk about yet.
The dream will be actualised and this planet will hold its space in the great council of planets and become a part of the universal enlightened sisterhood and brotherhood of humanity and keepers of the light circles. It's happened on many planets and it's expected to happen on a lot of other planets.
There will be a moment when the population will be 'the' Population, and something great will happen.
This planet will have its design of energy movement guided by all of humanity living here.

The Great Spirit will leave its seed and the egg of everything here on this planet and it will create itself 20 times over at the speed of light and this prophecy ends as I have been given it by the Grandmothers that I share with you now.

i've been really quiet and mellow but lost my voice completely , somehow...
i guess, it could just the season changing i suppose,with new plant growth comes some unseen allergies and post-nasel drip, leading to this state... and a viris onset... or perhaps is it that i'm about to undergo some intense "shift" work...transformational stuff ... and clearing my mind and voice is necessary at this juncture... i suppose.... there are no words acurate enough to describe another paradigm, right?

We are all on a sacred journey, despite our awareness or our mechanicallity.
Regardless of our backgrounds and our beleifs, we are all connected, our roots dig deep into this earth.
Without the ground beneath our feet we'd truely be the floating seperate beings we see ourselves as, disconnected.
But we cannot exist disconnected.
There is something that all religions and branches of spirituallity have in common. They all reference specific plants and trees as sacred. We are organic, and like plants and all other organic living things our composition depends on the environment we are situated in.
Mind you, we are unique organic organisms, in that we have both internal and external environments that we "exist" in, and that our composition depends largely on the balancing act that goes on between these two environments.
In the most recent decades, we have seen a trend of people selling themselves out for positions of power and financial gain. We have seen people of the world used as whispering pawns, collateral damage in a game they didn't sign up for.
And right along side, we see cancer and other incurable diseases on the rise.
More and more people have clipped their own wings, and given the strings tied to their limbs over to the puppeteers.
Saying that this suffering is inevitable, that it is to heavy to lift and move forward to a different way of living.

How heavy is the earth to a fragile seed?

We are all struggling for a different way to live. If we did not struggle, we would know nothing but darkness.
Even the earth shifts. Waters change course and ware different paths. Winds lift and deposit dunes over time. Be watchful of negative thoughts and emotions, they create tension and negativity in the body.

Be patient with yourself.

Honor Yourself.

Recall positive memories in minut detail and infuse yourself with love and healing.

Honor others as you would like them to Honor you.

For we are not disconnected.

to all my friends and associates in the spiritual community

As a shaman and a warrior I have now chosen to represent the interests of great many people who are becoming homeless now here in one of the wealthiest countries in the world.
This is to be a great battle against evil men of wealth and greed who would profit from pushing desperate families against the wall and using their plight to strip them of the last of their assets, through manipulation and trickery.
I have recently found that their numbers are legion and millions of families will suffer unless we can find a way to change the present system.
I will now stake my very life on my ability to create an enormous shape-change transforming a time of despair into a time of love peace prosperity and abundance. Creating a time in which people in high places begin to act from their higher natures and extra efforts are compassionately made to create solutions for all families in crises and people who are in need.

If we of the spiritual community focus our mental, spiritual and community power on creating a resolution, together we can win this battle.
I understand that the spiritual materialists will turn a blind eye. We all understand that sometimes enlightenment is only a gown that is worn easily cast aside when it becomes inconvenient.

Spiritually and emotionally I believe that the universe will only bring to us the adversity that we can benefit from profit from and learn from.
This is why I remain calm although on the surface many families face a situation that seems quite devastating.

My Way To Obtain Visions And Communicating With Spirits

Hello everybody

I have the urge to write some things that I have used and am still using, so to share it with all you wizards out here. It is a method that is still evolving, new techniques get woven in anytime I talk to someone with the same interests, when I read new things, or when I contact directly with the spirits. I’ll write it in a practice-form.

So here is the method I use to get into trance and obtain visions. I hope you will read, use and spread these words for good purposes.

Step 1 - Relaxing

So the first thing, for optimal success, you have to be totally relaxed. You can reach relaxedness through many ways. Relaxing plants, relaxing music or meditation. I personally prefer meditation because it keeps your visions pure and uninfluenced by intent of a musician or blurred by plants. There is no reason not for you to use it though, there is no right or wrong. It is best to look what works best for you to get in a totally relaxed state of mind.

That is what you are looking for, a relaxed state of mind and a relaxed feeling of the body. So there are no tense muscles or thoughts that are popping up. You are a lake and there are no dimples in the water. You might have had this feeling before, a feeling of total tranquillity. Remember the moment and try reaching that point again. You might remember it from the feeling after a long workout, after a day of hard work and little sleep or a vacation you had where you were totally relaxed. Empty your head and feel totally relaxed. You can sit down or lie on your bed. There should be no tension in your body. Create a perfect surrounding with some scents, music, whatever works.

What I do is:
I lie down as relaxed as possible, with my arms next to my body, my legs slightly apart and my head slightly lifted with a little pillow. I make sure there is nothing that might interfere with my relaxedness, no tight clothes, no watches.
Then I tense up all my muscles one by one, feet first. Then lower legs, upper legs etc… to the neck and face, then back to the arms, hands, fingers, then back to the neck, face and then back again to the feet. This tensing makes you aware of your body, everything is there, make sure you don’t miss out any muscle, feel the energy in each of them and how they work. When you know what you can tense up, you can relax it even further, repeating this a couple of times, as long as it takes. This relaxes the body.

To relax the mind I use my mind and breathing, it will be overlapping the actual trance itself. Anyone who has studied meditation should have some knowledge of this already. The basic idea is: Think of nothing, literally. Be very conscious of your breathing. Breathing is as natural as a heart beating, but when controlled, you can influence the calmness of you mind. You can reach a total state of tranquillity. When practicing you might find some thoughts popping up, discard them, when they keep coming back, write them down. The state you are looking for is one of total concentration, awareness and relaxedness. So you are aware of the state you are in, at the same time you are totally relaxed and have control over your thought process. This takes time to practice, but with concentration you can reach it even the first time you try.

Step 2 - Breathing and forgetting

So when you lie down totally relaxed, did the muscle-exercise and have started breathing it is time to get into trance. You take three deep, long breaths, then repeat your regular breathing ten times. Three deep, ten normal, three deep, ten normal. When doing this you will notice the reaction of your body on the breathing. Repeat this 20 to 30 times. Then change the breathing to three deep long breaths and twenty deep fast breaths. Three long, twenty fast, three long twenty fast. Repeat this 10 to 20 times then return to normal breathing. All the time while doing this practice, think of nothing and keep your concentration solely on the breathing, nothing is in the way, only breathing. You will find you don’t really notice your arms lying next to you, you don’t remember which way your legs are lying. You might not remember how your head is connected to your body. You will slowly forget that you have a body, you are fully aware of your breathing your concentration and you calmness. That is the state you are looking for. Totally disconnecting from the body, only pure thought and vision.

Step 3 – Disconnecting and dissolving

At that moment imagine you are made from energy, and that there is energy all around you. Everything on atomic level, vibrates and moves all around, feel yourself vibrating and everything vibrating around you. The air, the furniture, the room, the house, the land, the world, the universe. Realize you are one with all this energy and imagine leaving your body. You are dissolving into a source of infinite energy. Imagine you are vibrating and vibrate out of this physicality and you mind’s energy is become whole with the energy all around. When doing this be very aware of the crown of you head, your crown chakra. From there you will leave your body.

Step 4 - Obtaining visions.

Step four is actually done all along during step one, two and three. At every moment of the practice, you should be aware of four things. Your breathing, your crown, and the lights that form on the inside of your eyelids. These three things should be connected, you will notice that during the different kinds of breathing, the lights will also take on different shapes and forms. At the moment of forgetting your body, the lights will take on more familiar forms and will change more rapidly and seem to dance on the way of your intent and your thought. When you have dissolved into the energy, you will notice that you have control, and can make shapes if you want to, you can go to places where you want, you can let yourself go float around, or you can search for condensed knots of energy with an own will, entities and spirits.
When visions begin to blur, take a few deep breaths and a few fast ones. I found looking up also helps. Putting pressure on you eyes, or sucking them in keeps visions stimulating. Keep the focus and the concentration all the time during the travel. At that moment you can do whatever you like, it’s a realm of pure energy, thought and ideas. From there you can travel to other places, look into other peoples minds, do body-work, you can do a lot of things.
You can obtain visions, call on dead people or spirits.

When you are done, don’t get up directly, slowly breath, tensing up every muscle again and slowly let yourself glide back again into the physical realm.

In this way I have met different spirits, and entities some wanted to scare me, others handed me gifts of light. I have had conversations with my dead grandfather and my deceased stepmother. There are many stories from the other side.

Step 5 – Communicating with spirits.

When in this trance it is possible to look for spirits, but you will notice that they also come to you uninvited. There are weak spirits, wise spirits that can teach you about certain subjects, also spirits that might tempt you, there are many different forces on the other side.
The communication is purely through intent, you will find that you will hear words be spoken, different spirits speak in different tongues or in different languages, sometimes the language you speak. But the most of the communication is done without actual sound, you hear with your eyes, you see and interpret, as do they.

Step 6 – Precautions and stuff you can use.

Ha, this actually should be step one. But hell.

It is best to work in complete darkness to let the visions be pure, sometimes only closing your eyes is not dark enough, even a little moonlight can creep in between or through your eyelids. So cover you eyes up with a towel or a Mindfold http://www.azarius.net/smartshop/fun_stuff/Gadgets/mindfold/ , that will allow you to look in complete darkness with your eyes open.

Have some objects near that are powerful to you, that give you strength to not be overcome by darker spirits or feelings you might have. Let love be a main reason to enter these realms and there is nothing that can harm you. When you want to perform black magic you will almost definitely come in contact with some great, powerful deceivers from the other side, if you have a strong willpower you can keep control but I won’t recommend doing stuff like that. They are capable of becoming a part of you, they can ask something in return for a favour, something of great spiritual value.

It is possible to take mushrooms to enhance the visions, I found this work very well with even a very small dose. But it does make things more chaotic, practice will make it better to handle with though.

Hello beautiful souls,.Namaste,,I envite everyone here to anchor a pillar of light with me on feburary 24th,.at 8:08pm (feb2+2+4=8). I beleif in the power of the collective. If we all meditate at the same time, anchor ourselves in the Earths Starry Core and beam ourselfs to the highest dimensions we can reach with the help of Ets, Archangels and Ascended Masters, we can have a significantly beneficial impact on the Energy Grid of Mother Earth and the Collective Human Consciousness. There are many ways to climb up to through the dimensions, I find the merkaba the most effective but if you simply connect to your I AM Presence (in your chest), ground yourself, invoke your guides, angels, et's of light and the ascended masters plane, then visualize a little version of you standing in your pineal galnd on a glowing lotus, connect a string from the top of your head your head all the way up to the Infinite source of All that Is and vizualize yourself on the lotus shooting up the string as high as you can and into the Great Galactic Sun, bathe in the Awesome Light for a few minutes and then bring it down with you all the way to the Earths core,, this will anchor a massive pillar of light,, vizualize it comming down and sinking deep into the earht,, shinny, pearly and radiant white. You can also speak to the dimensions themself and ask them to anchor into our planet and help heal and raise our frequencies,., they cannot help with out our asking (law of free will).. Please tell your friends,, the more te better,,, ideally this is done in a clean sacred place with a group of people holding hands in a cirlce,, Om'ing together helps to tune in with each other,.,but this can be done anywhere and by yourself,., please reply if you intend on participating, thank you all very much,., Love and Bliss., AUM.

Guardian Angels

A most interesting thing happened to me just the other day, and it set my mind to pondering. In an odd moment, I felt as if I was under spiritual attack, which has happened before, and in the usual response, I called upon my guardians to aid me in my endeavor. In times past, my guardians have stood beside me spiritually. In this most recent event though, my most familiar guardian seemed to be inside, or even a part of me. I could feel the muscles of the wings flexing and expanding as I sensed the wings enfolding me, cocooning me, shielding me, seeming to come from me, rather than along side of me. How amazing a feeling it was, still is even. The feeling is still fresh in me. My back muscles actually ached for the next two days, but I liked, no loved, the experience. Oh to fly with those wings someday. To glide through space and time, floating, falling, flying. Joyous. I am not sure if any of you have had a similar experience, but I would imagine some have. Please relate any of your input on the subject.

Coffee and Cream, be like the Cream

I have stared into my coffee many times while the cream swirled into the mix, like a cloud in a vortex. I made a connection between this and our own energies:
We start our own thinking lives like the cream, pure in our own minds, white to ourselves. Then as our true selves awaken, its is like the cream being poured into the coffe, we see that we are much samller, in comparison, to the rest of infinity. Slowly, our senses begin to warm, like the newly added cream, and with a little effort, it begins to swirl and combine, lending itself/ourselves to the whole.With time, the swirling is complete, and the cream is a part of this existance, this infinity, this whole. Like the cream, we need to "warm up" to the world, no, the universe around us. Open up our minds and start the swirling mix of our selves with the whole. In time, our minds can again grasp the concept and reality that we have always been a part of the whole, we were only taught something different from our elders who themselves did not know better. Be like coffe and cream. Open your mind to the universe around you, and know that you are a part of something great, something magical.

hey my name is mary, new to this whole tribe thing. where was this site 3 years ago when i really really needed it? oh well, that's all said and done, i'm glad i found it now. seems like a great way to connect, share dreams, and help eachother out. foot in two worlds, it's how i've felt for the past 3 years. any advice on integrating the two?

Techniques Of Ecstacy

Hey everybody,

I have started a new tribe: "Sharing techniques of ecstacy"
And i hope you will all join to share your knowledge.
I have been on Tribe for a little while now and am amazed by all the wisdom that circles around.

The idea is that this will become a tribe where sharing of knowledge is a central point.
Knowledge in ways of connecting to the supernatural.
Think of mind traveling, breathing techniques, techniques of the body, techniques of the mind.
Techniques of worship and prayer.
But also knowledge of potions and plants.

Let it be as practical as possible, but also let there be sharing of visions from the other side.
How does one gain visions and knowledge.
How does one get insight in the eternal.
How does one keep in control.
How does one lose controle.
How does one start a tribe like this...

I will start by posting some of my earlier posts i wrote on different tribes.
I hope it will be a nice tribe.
